I live in a different state and needed a lawyer in the Asheville area to work with DSS and the local court system to get custody of my child who had been made a ward of the state. I walked out of "Attorney" Ellison's office and walked back in because a I needed to ask him another question. To my horror, I overheard him laughing and making fun of me and my case with his secretary. Unfortunately, I had already paid him, but never will I patronize him again! He is arrogant, unprofessional and rude! If you know what's best for you...DON'T PATRONIZE EUGENE ELLISON!!!
