Our office will process your insurance claim for payment. All deductibles and co-pays are due at the time services are rendered.

Everyone treated my daughter and son so well. My daughter has a mild case of autism and they all were so good with her! She actually isn't afraid to go to the dentist anymore! Excellent service and everyone always had a smile on their faces and were so helpful and informative. I highly recommend this office!! 😊

I saw Dr. Smith, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for Dentist to go see them at Travis Phillips. The staff are very friendly, professional and caring. They truly care about your comfort and whatever concerns you have.
The atmosphere is so relaxing and calming. Dr . Smith is the best! He honestly wants you to be comfortable and I have never been in any pain.
Once the medicine is given my mouth doesn’t feel like it’s so swollen I can’t talk. I will definitely continue to use them!!
