The Godwin Group LLC is a locally owned business headed by its founder, Dean Godwin. With our affiliate companies, we own and manage a mixture of retail neighborhood centers, flex offices / warehouses, and Industrial warehouse buildings. Our main focus is the development of new projects from the ground up, with our in-house construction company executing the construction.
Once a project is completed, we offer and provide continued management for the properties. After spending his youth working in various family businesses, Dean bought his first business, Trails End Auto Salvage, in 1986 at the age of 21. He operated Trails End Auto Salvage for 15 years. It was during this time that he began to venture into commercial real estate development.
