CrossFit Shadyside
Renegade Training-Crossfit Shadyside, is a high-intensity CrossFit gym that focuses on the foundations of CrossFit. We focus on Olympic lifting, gymnastic movements, mobility, and cardio training and educate our members on the sport of CrossFit. You can injure yourself in any physical activity. CrossFit workouts, or high intensity, functional movements themselves, are NOT dangerous, bad movement IS dangerous.

We teach proper mechanics with consistency before moving you on to an increase in intensity. We require all new members with no CrossFit experience to go through our one-on-one two-day prep course. You will need to do our 2 day, a one-on-one course designed for people who are brand new to CrossFit.

Our gym stands out in the Pittsburgh Crossfit scene. We are open 24/7/365! When there's no class, you can come train. We focus heavily on growing our members abilities and creating a fun atmosphere and community. We spend a lot of time to offer gymnastic skill clinics, olympic lifting clinics, nutrition seminars, cookouts and competitions.
Yes it is! Our coach will provide you with packet of custom macros, what supplies you'll need to succeed and how to count your macros properly. We suggest if it is your first time to purchase the initial macro + ongoing guidance plan. This way you will get to work with our coach one-on-one remotely with constant communication and adjustments made to your plan.
