Benches new upholstery, always been a convenient cozy gym setting unlike most larger gyms where finding equipment is like waiting in line at Kennywood. Members are friendly. And there is still a mature hotty at the Front desk after 6pm For great Eyecandy convenience for all !

Great place. All the machines work properly and they have everything you could possibly need. Think a 'pumping iron' type of gym and everyone is friendly. But if you're looking for a gym with posh locker rooms, towel service, etc. you'll be better off looking elsewhere. I'm not knocking either, just depends what you are looking for.
