Got stuck with a 12 hour lay over because of a delayed flight and called ahead to reserve two sleep rooms here. It was my first and last time that I'll ever stop in at this place. On the phone was told everything was completely available and that I didn't need to make a reservation even though I wanted to make them so that we would have a spot but the woman on the phone assured me it was necessary, I should have never listened to her. Walked in 15 minutes later to be told everything was booked except for one room and that if I wanted the second room it would be 5 hours before it was available.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism
I had a really bad experience with this place. The guest service was non existent. I tried to reach out to the General Manager, Sarah Arnott, through email twice explaining the situation, but its been over a week and I haven't received a response. It seems like they just don't care.

Stayed in the nap rooms in between a long flight. One of the nap rooms is really nice, the other one not so much. The shower was very cold unless you ran the water for a very long time.

Great place to get a workout in on a long layover. It is outside TSA security, so make sure you have enough time.

The gym is great and the staff is very professional, I just wish they would go back to being 24 hours so I can workout again

Top tier! Better than most gyms outside the airport. $25 for the day while I was there on a 4hr layover. They provide workout towel, shower towel. Very nice staff.
Very hidden gem, it was pretty difficult to find. I went to the 2nd floor and found the elevator that leads to "floor 0" exiting the elevator is the entrance to the gym.

No leg press machine to help strengthen your legs with a controlled weight. Seniors just can't jump up on a box or just squat on the rack. Must have better/more hand sanitizer stations. Must have more stations so I don't have wait for someone to finish grabbing theirs. One on the bottom and one at the top for the treadmills is not enough. The staff seems ok no issues here.

I had to wait 7 hours total for my next flight and was delayed. Rather than sleeping in the middle of the airport, I stopped here to rent a "sleep room". I highly recommend!!! Staff was very friendly. For the super low cost, I was surprised at how nice this room was. Comes with a small bed, plug ins to charge your devices, a mini fridge, mirrors on the wall, WiFi, and you can lock the door and turn off the lights. Bathroom is right across the hall, with access to the showers. You can hear the music from the gym even with the door closed, but that didn't bother me. I slept soundly

It's always hard starting new routines even more so one with a gym but Jenn makes it fantastic. Seeing Jenn in the morning to help motivate me has made this life style change for me easy. She always has a smile on her face and a inspiring quote to get you going.

I love this gym. I work at the airport and it is super convenient! The equipment is pretty comprehensive and I rarely wait to use any of it. If you are military or retired military ask about the USO day pass. The USO picks up the tab if you show your military ID. I really appreciate the USO program.

Pros: It's right at the airport, has shower facilities, really nice staff, can get a massage if you're completely exhausted and need to lie down and sleep while someone pummels your back (wanted to take advantage of this but was short for time).

Cons: A little on the grubby side: equipment/weights "sticky" and the space needs a good cleaning; not recommended for powerlifters/oly lifters due to lack of round plates (ok they are dodecagonal if you really want to get specific) and no platforms.

Hadn't set foot in a commercial gym for 4-5 years before coming here.

I ended up having to stay at the airport overnight due to an extremely delayed flight. I was exhausted. I found the information for ZEROLevel online and decided to check out the sleeping rooms. The lady who checked me in was SO friendly and made it a breeze to get a sleeping room.

The rooms are simple and exactly what I needed. They come with phone charges and small fan and a nice bed. I slept soundly for three hours. I was so thankful as i otherwise would be too worried about my belongings sleeping in the airport when traveling alone.

They also offer a gym, sauna, nice bathroom and

Friendly staff. I go to this gym really late. When ever I work out I'll probably see 1 or 2 people. The gym is kept clean. Sauna and showers are also available. Machines are pretty old but still work and get the job done. Did I mention staff keeps the gym clean. Highly recommend for ppl who work at the airport.

My only wish for this gym to be a 24/7 gym. I believe it's open 24 hours Mon - friday. Not on the weekends.

My wife belongs to planet fitness and pays $10 per month. I work at the airport and I pay $15 per month. Planet fitness is twice the size, newer equipment and overall better facility. I have requested numerous times over the last two years for them to move their televisions up to where their treadmills are but so far have refused. Instead, they feel that the guys pumping iron might want to watch the cooking channel in-between sets. Come on guys, really??

First of all I totally agree with the review that complained about the price. $25 for a day pass is insane. However I had a 3 hour flight delay and 5 hours total to kill so I justified it. Besides it's such a weird location it almost feels like you are in Being John Malkovich. I noticed a sign for fitness center and saw a bulletin board about it being a gym for employees. I almost gave up but decided to take the creepy freight elevator and follow the signs anyway. They don't get many passengers down there so I think they were a little surprised but they gave me a day pass nonetheless

Why would anyone pay $25 for a day pass? Some people don't even pay $25 for a month. If you want to make it convenient for travellers, you really should consider lowering your prices.

Loved everything about this gym. The best times for me to come here was between midnight to 3am where there was hardly anyone at the gym. Facility is very clean, spacious and convenient. They have all the exercise equipments and more. The showers and locker rooms are very nice and clean. The gym also has a room with a bed where you can sleep in. My only negative thing to say was while I was going there, there was always someone sleeping in the tv room on the couch and that's not fair for those who want to have a break and watch a little tv and please get a shower curtain for the mens handicap

Nick, my trainer is amazing! When I started here, my degenerative disease prevented me from doing something as simple as holding a water bottle. I've gone through countless tests, MRIs, xrays and such with only pain patches and medications used to mask the problem. With Nicks help, I am well on my way to recovery. It's not just a workout for me. It's a holistic approach to pain management. I am forever grateful for Nick.

This place is sadly only for the employees of the Las Vegas McCarran airport but I really wish it was open for the public because the staff here is truly amazing and just wonderful to be around and they are the definition of how a good gym should be. It's a real privilege to work in the airport and enjoy this gym. They have a fully operational sauna, lockers and showers and bathrooms and a lot of great gym equipment that can meet your standards. Everyone that comes in is always happy and you can definitely make friends without feeling judged. They accomplish the planet fitness motto without
