When he is not treating patients, he is enjoying the outdoors or playing sports with his children, or riding ATVs with his family.
Most dental bone grafting procedures are done to restore your bone to its previous form following tooth loss, gum disease or trauma. Bone grafting may also be used to maintain bone structure after tooth extraction. Restoring and maintaining facial bone structure is important for several reasons.
Many dental procedures, such as dental implant placement, require that the bone be as close to its original dimension and position as possible for optimal results.Also, the jaw and other facial bones support the skin and muscle that are responsible for our outward cosmetic appearance. Without the support of the underlying bone, our faces can look prematurely aged.

I live in Seattle and was quoted about $5000 to "fix" my cavities, crowns all the things. Noped the hell out of there and found Dr. Tanner through family. Dr. Tanner and his team saved my teeth from being drilled down and demolished by greedy people. Turns out I needed just one crown and a solid cleaning.
The best part was that afterwards I got a notification on my phone that I had just finished a sleep. I was so at ease AT THE DENTIST with my mouth pried open that my watch thought I was sleeping. Love these people, thank you so much.

The office manager Ashley is on top of her game - I never have to worry about questions from my insurance and she always answers my questions competently. Hygienist Lindsey is absolutely great — she’s efficient, friendly and does an thorough job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Tanner is down-to-earth and always makes me feel comfortable. Overall, I always have an excellent experience and that’s something you can rarely say about dentists!

I have been with Dr Tanner for now going on 10+ years. I first started going to him when he was with Gental Dental. I was referred to him by a co-worker and have been with him ever since. This guy and his crew are amazing. This is the only dentist that I have had where I call them first to see what insurance they take and then see what the employer offers. And then research to see what it will cost to go out on my own for dental insurance. Thank you to Ashley for answering any and all questions. I found out that he even has patients that set their appointments around their vacations to Tucson

I'm very favorably impressed with every aspect of Dr. Tanner's office and staff - very considerate of the patient's time, as well as professional and caring. I have a long background of BAD dentist experiences that have left me traumatized. Dr. Tanner and all his staff were super supportive, understanding, kind, and gentle with me.
I was able to get a cleaning and crown done with no problems. I know there are many dentists out there that do all of the same procedures, but there one thing that sets Dr. Tanner and his staff apart from the rest is their genuine care in making you feel comfortable!!!!

Such a great experience. Precise dental was recommended too me by Erin Blodgett. Erin was very helpful and gave me the necessary information I needed in order to set up my first appointment.
I received a warm welcome when I entered the facility, the whole staff was professional and accommodating. Being that I've had bad experiences in the past with dentists, Dr. Tanner made me feel comfortable, was attentive to all my questions, and the answers I gave him to his questions. He took the time to not only address the current issue I was having but also discussed with me the plans for my other issues

OUTSTANDING! Thanks to your reviews I paid a visit, now I'm one satisfied customer. Day one exam and cleaning and establishing plan.
Day two, extraction and bridge prep, design, and install, all done onsite, total process on day two, less than 4 hours, and I even took 1 1/2 hour break to take my dog out.
Update, two hours and I can eat beef jerky, I am soooo stoked about the Doc and the team, also the extraction wasn't a cake walk, it was the remains of a broken off tooth next to a tooth in which the 42 year old US Air Force filling had fallen out...all skill!

I had a great time and i hate the dentist, but not this dentist! They have all the latest tools dentrestry has to offer. The employees are amazing and fun to talk to. I walked in kinda scared and nervous but when i left i feel like i have become friends with all the staff. HIghly recomind very good and highly profesional.

Dr Tanner is the most painless novocaine injector I've ever known - and I've been to lots of dentists. Amazingly, he can make a crown (in my case, without a model, because I lost mine) while you wait. The crowns are of some high tech ceramic that's extremely strong; I've had mine for a year and love it.
I live by the U of A and am willing to drive 30 minutes to get to this dentist's office, which is a pretty good indication of how much I like Dr Tanner.
I've never experienced any kind of upselling from these folks, ever

I am a new resident to Arizona, so I began my search for a dentist by reading the Google & Yelp reviews. Precise Dental was one of the very few having overall stellar reviews, so I decided to visit the office.
