Services
A full-body therapeutic massage traditionally includes the back and neck, scalp and face, shoulders, arms and hands, upper chest, abdomen, gluteal area, front and back of the legs, and feet. Many clients request extra attention for a focal area (for example, the back or legs) and/or request that an area be skipped.
Attention has been paid to every aspect of the treatment rooms. The atmosphere is warm, refreshing, and inviting. The therapists are all so nice and friendly! And finally you get to lie on the massage table, it is the best one I've ever laid on, you can feel the quality and it feels amazing! I had one very mediocre massage and, without my permission, they added my phone number to their marketing and now I get spammed with texts constantly. It's always from a different number so blocking doesn't help. I called the massage therapist who claimed to be powerless to do anything. Repeated calls to their virtual assistant has not helped either.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve been seeing Caren once a month for a while now and can only saying AMAZING things. Easily the highlight of my month! She is incredibly helpful in discussing your needs and communicative throughout the massage to know what pressure works, what areas need more, etc. she’s fantastic!!

My therapist Rachel was amazing! The reason I gave this 2 stars is that I could not find the place on the east side!! The owner told me it was near the mcDonalds and it's actually in a hair salon with no signage for iBalance Spa!! After driving around for 15 minutes, I was so stressed, I really needed the massage!! Anyway big thanks to Rachel for an excellent massage!! And to the owner, please put a sign up so your customers know where you are!!

Yesterday, I got a massage from Lauren. I, myself, am a licensed massage therapist of 14 years. I received the best session that I've ever had!
I was visiting the Tucson area and left directly after the session for a 2 hour drive back to the Valley. The drive itself was relaxing, and I was comfortable the whole way.
Her technique and attention to detail is not something that can be taught. It's only learned by those who are truly passionate about helping/healing people. The flow of her session was smooth yet therapeutically pleasing. I myself do not practice much in the form of energy
