We buy directly from tea importers, who buy tea from the top tea gardens several times a year in order to purchase each season's best. We offer more than 100 varieties of teas, including green, white, black, red (rooibos), fruit blends and wellness-infused herbal teas.

I became a member here years ago and visit for services 1x/month. This is the only Charlotte spa that I’ve found where it truly feels like an outing or special event. I love to bring a magazine or good book with me and arrive early to enjoy a glass of champagne before service. I’m always highly impressed with the ambience, service, and quality both of the facility and the therapists. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience here! I got my boyfriend and I a couples massage for his birthday it was his first time getting a massage. He and I really enjoyed the experience. All the staff here were so kind and had such great customer service. The rooms were so peaceful and clean. It was a very relaxing experience. We also really enjoyed the hot tea that they offered prior to our visit it really helped set the mood for a relaxing massage session! I highly recommend coming here with a spouse, friends, and just for yourself.

My wife brought me here for some bday relaxation. It was awesome. Chocolate covered strawberries and wine, with a few minutes to enjoy them on a nice couch. Relaxing music/ambiance to calm you before your massage. Heated tables and aromatherapy included, it was really wonderful. They even have a tea bar you can relax at in the lounge area if you didn’t have time for a massage. Will definitely be back next time we pass through Charlotte.

My experience at Urbana was amazing and I can't recommend them enough! It was my first time there and as soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted, seated, and served wine and water while I filled out my paperwork. The front desk was extremely friendly and professional. Angela was amazing and was able to adjust pressure as needed. I can't remember the last massage I had and apparently I really needed one. I left feeling completely relaxed and overall it was just a great experience.

We had a gift card from Urbana for $195. True it was from a few years ago, but knowing that we were dealing with many family issues, we’d called them & were assured that it was good for whenever. Fast forward till now: nope, they don’t have a record of it, and they wouldn’t take our word for it or consider the photographic evidence. They offered nothing, and then they were apparently offended when we cancelled the massage, hanging up brusquely.
