I grew up in a small town outside of Sherwood Park, Alberta, and recently moved to Merritt from Fort St. John, BC. I have always had a passion for helping people, and a strong interest in healing the body in a holistic manor. I am a graduate of the 2 year, 3000 Hour Advance Clinical Massage Therapy Program.
During my training, I had the opportunity to work with professional athletes performing pre-event and post-event massage. I developed a passion for sports massage, and became a personal trainer to enhance my understanding of sports therapy. Upon graduation, I worked alongside physiotherapist, and chiropractors in a medical clinic; specializing in sports therapy massage and rehabilitation.
