DO NOT GO HERE! Not only were they expensive, they lack basic tax knowledgeable which has now led to me getting letters from the IRS stating that I owe money. I introduced all of my forms and in internal tax services infinite wisdom they said I did not need it. Well as I thought, they were very incorrect. I would never trust them with my money again and hope that this post helps save someone else who will likely get burned by this firm.

This company pretended to be part of Intuit support. Not sure how I got rerouted to this company, but they charged my credit card $2,200 & tried to charge it again. They told me my entire company file was infected and that they had to rebuild it. Now after reading other similar stories on BBB site, I believe I was lied to. Make sure you are actually speaking with Quickbooks/Intuit support when you call for technical issues

Singh was wonderful. I am 81 years old getting over a stroke, and h i s h elp was amazing he was patient with me and solved a problem that took a lot of knowledge that I don't have. He was courteous ;and kind and couldn't
have done anything better. I would recommend anyone who has a Quickbooks problem to contact Singh. There is a movie title that reminds me of Singh. The title: As Good As It Gets!

Barjinder was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with Quickbooks and also with my email account. He showed me more than one way to access information and a shortcut in QB. I am very happy I bought this service. He also showed me how to check for viruses on my computer.

I was scammed too for the same reasons others were scammed. "Corrupt files" was the reason I was given too. I am seeing positive comments... well... I am guessing that is because they treat you great and then you give them a positive review in an email... and then they post it here for others to see.... smooth move on their part.

Had them work on my bookkeeping ... it didn't go well. The woman who was handling them seemed to forget what she was going to work on between our sessions, didn't know how to handle things in QB, and seemed to always be trying to figure things out while I was there. Then I asked her to remove all the things she had done to play around (entries with TEST), and she never did. Now I'm working with someone else and still coming across this kind of thing.
I like them as people here, but I wasted a whole year of getting my books in control. That was a huge disappointment.

Lots of things had happened to us in 2014 and that complicated our tax situation. It was some crazy hot mess. Store brought tax software and web site could no longer meet our needs so we need helps from a true professional. We dumped (and yes, that's literally what we did) all our stuffs on his office desk. Couple phone calls and few simple questions afterward. 72 hours later, BANG!!!, we got our tax report back form him in email and DONE!
