Removing the perfect rating. We will continue to work with this CPA team but will avoid working with Brian Liebert (Laura is excellent, however). Brian was good (customer-focused) years ago but the growth of his company has made Brian complacent. He asked for feedback, I provided, and there was no follow-through from him nor was there any conciliatory behavior when I alerted him to his complacency.

Brian is the best accountant I've ever worked with. I can't believe I'm writing this about DOING TAXES but he made the process an absolute pleasure. My bookkeeper recommended him and I see why. Brian was very helpful and spent extra time giving advice. I've used previous accountants that do the bare minimum and don't really engage the client or give helpful tax tips. Brian reached out on multiple occasions to discuss my tax situation over the phone and offer navigation tips on some more nuanced topics. I plan to use his service again next year.

I've been using Liebert & Associates for many years. Sally has always been very responsive and wonderful to work with. Everything is done electronically which makes it so easy and each year, my information from last year is pre-populated so it's super quick. She makes sure that I haven't forgotten anything. Brian and Dena are amazing. I've tried a few other accountants for my small business in the past 7years and no one comes close to the quality of service offered by Brian and Dena.
