Truck was stolen while in their care. Key had been left in Truck in unlocked parking lot. They did not notify us or law enforcement when they noticed it missing. We were informed over 24 hours later when cops showed up at our house because our Truck had been found in Asheville with a drug addict passed out in it. Junaluska Tire and Auto has only agreed to pay the initial $300 to have it released from inbound. However, they are refusing to pay to have it towed back to Maggie Valley (it was found in undrivable condition) and they are refusing to pay for the damages done.

We were in from out of town when the car started smoking. This place was close so we called and they got us right in. We waited about 3 minutes when we got here before they lifted the car. Luckily, it was just a matter of overheated brakes. They didn't charge us a cent foe the diagnosis and didn't recommend any unnecessary repairs. Thanks so much for the honesty and the efficiency!

We stopped at a rest area on I-40 westbound when we suddenly lost all brake pressure. We were stranded on our vacation. Junaluska Tire and Auto graciously squeezed our car into their already booked schedule, diagnosed a broken brake hose, called 5 different parts stores to find the proper hose (in Asheville no less), and repaired our car to get us back on the road. They also kept us updated on the progress. I HIGHLY recommend this shop if you need any work done!

Stopped in for gas.. This is a gas station and convenience store, as usual. They also have a full service garage area. I don't know what all type of services they offer, but looked like your usual garage and could perform minor repairs and tire service. You wold have to contact them for info on their service offerings. It's located in a high traffic area on a corner, making exiting a bit of a hassle.

Called in advance to check on waiting time to get a low tire repaired. The employee informed me that they were not that busy and come on down. Walked in and had to ask a mechanic for help. Explained that I had just called about my tire. He said that he would be right with me. 20 minutes later and no help, I decided to leave. And to my defense, there was one guy maybe two waiting. I decided to go to them because they had great reviews. Went to Mr. Tire in Waynesville and was out in 30 minutes. I'm sure Junaluska Tire does good work, just wish the communication was better.

Dewayne Jones and his staff are professional and customer centric. I checked around town for tires and found Junaluska Tire and Auto gave me the highest level of confidence in regard to the tires I purchased. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses. I also found the service provided was exceptional. This purchase gave me confidence in any after sale issue I might have as well as the integrity of this business.
I think there must be something special about this corner of businesses, because the Ace Hardware next door exemplifies the same professionalism.

We came to Maggie Valley for a week of vacation. At some point my breaks began to screech. I was anxious to get them looked at before something terrible happened on one of these steep roads. As an out-of-towner I was also concerned about getting a fair price. I checked online and got a recommendation at the grocery store to try this shop. I called in, scheduled a time, and everything went perfectly. The service was courteous, quick, and helpful. Patrick identified the problem and got me new breaks at a great price. I am very grateful.
