My wife Susan and I want to extend an enormous THANK YOU to the people of Waynesville Tire! Because of a sudden serious illness of our Daughter's mother-in-law, we found ourselves needing to travel and stay for a time in Florida in our motorhome. Since the tires were old and dry rotted (over 8 years old) they needed replacement. Thursday morning I called Waynesville Tire and after explaining our predicament they had us drop off our motorhome that afternoon, and they had a set of new Cooper tires on it Friday morning, ready for us to use! And at a very good price! We are ready to roll! Again

Had a strut shoot thru my back seat due to poor installation by maynors tire《which by the way they did all 4 of them about 2 years ago and all 4 have had to be replaced since then but the passenger side rear strut poked up thru the backseat causing the rear deck lid to flop up and down》 but Waynesville Tire fixed the issue in a timely manner and didn't completely destroy my tan and beige leather interior as Maynors did just a little dirty but happy with my service there.

My caliper went out suddenly on the interstate and locked my car down. I went to three places that told me they were booked for weeks. so as a last effort I went to Waynesville Tire and was told the same thing. frustrated and in tears I went to my car and was about to leave when a man came out and told me that he was sorry that he turned me down and that he would look at it. That he felt bad for me and my little girl. And a couple hours he had me all fixed up and it was very reasonably priced. he will never know how much I appreciate him being so kind and helping me out when he was very busy. There

We've had multiple vehicles have tires either rotated, or installed. Brakes were checked. Jeff is wonderful. We even got a thank you card in the mail! I talked with the service technicians and it appeared they really care. We are always in and out in no time. Now, I refer all my friends and family to Waynesville Tire. Thanks Guys!

Can't say enough good things about Jeff and the folks at Waynesville Tire! They worked me in when my car needed brakes in a bad way and were absolute gems while they did it! And then Jeff found time out of one of his whirlwind days to send me a personalized post card in the mail, thanking me for my business and for the opportunity to serve me. It's the little extra personal touches that really make a business great. I will definitely be taking my car (as well as my family's) back for their regular maintenance!

I called Jeff at Waynesville Tire at 12:05 on a Friday (6/25) to tell him my truck wouldn’t start, and ask if I could have it towed to his garage. He asked me what was wrong, I told him it wouldn’t start and the tow truck guy said it sounded like the starter. When the truck got dropped off, I spoke with Jeff and he told me he would do his best to get it in and let me know what was wrong with it. So last week I ran into so issues with my tires, I managed to make it Waynesville tire on a wing and a prayer. Seriously it was a miracle I made it there in one piece. When I drove up the extremely kind owner broke the news that I would need 4 new tires, thank you Subaru, but they didn't have the 4 I needed. I live about 90 minutes away and there was no way I was making it home with my tire in the condition my tire was in. Not only did they manage to fix it for me to get me but they didn't charge me. Truly what could have been a very very bad day was made better by the exceptional kindness of strangers

My husband took our Nissan Xttera 4x4 in November of 2019 for 4 new tires and balancing. We had used this shop over many, many years with the previous owners who were very reputable.The quoted price was not the cheapest in town, but it was in the ball park, and they would take and make an appointment. My husband did make an appointment, so he was pleasantly surprised when they actually began work on time even though they were busy.

We had trailer tire problems while towing our motorcycle to Maggie Valley and needed a new tire. The first and last stop was Waynesville Tire. After getting a decent price on a pair of replacements the manager or possibly an owner (I didn't get names- sorry) told me to bring it in anytime. The next morning I was there for about 45 minutes and left with 2 new tires all mounted and installed on the trailer. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! 5 stars are not enough.

I would just sorta show up, the desk fella would give a time, which ranged from now-ish to 2 hours and that was that. It'd get done, no big deal.

Staying in neighboring Maggie valley for family vacation. Caught a nail in our tire on a Sunday. Unfortunately no one was open on Sunday so we had to resort to putting on spare to get us through until Monday morning. Stopped in to Waynesville Tire first thing Monday morning. Staff was very friendly. Had the nail removed and tire patched in no time and we were back on the road. Thanks again. The Solt Family. North port FL.

I needed two tires for my car. They gave me a quote and a time that the tires would have been in by. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call 2 hours before my appointment that the tires had arrived early and that I could come in earlier than my appointment. When I was paying the bill they informed me of a minor issue with the tire and assured me that it was not a matter to worry about. I will be getting my next set of tires from here!!!

While traveling from Florida we had to get a full set of tires. We were so impressed with Waynseville Tires, Inc. The owner called us after he got the tires in and we were out of the shop within 40 minutes! They gave an honest price and great service. Our daughter loved the play table and ice cream. Lonnie said it all. Great prices, short wait time, and they will answer any question you got. This place is honest. If you thought you had a big problem, and it turns out to be small, they charge you accordingly. There is a TV with VCR for waiting kids, as well as coloring books for them. There is a puzzle for waiting adults! They also have coffee, magazines, and a snack machine. The "thank you" notes that Patty sends out are so heartwarming- not many businesses appreciate their customer base nowadays- it really makes your day to know that they care. I am adding my two-cents to encourage

Needed a set of tires and wanted to go with a locally owned business. I was quoted a great price and when I asked when he could start, he asked for my keys and went to work. I was surprised because the shop was very busy.
