Texted Brian at 10:30pm. He actually responded at that time of night! We spoke the next day, giving my wants/needs and Brian had some listings to show me quickly. Our first day of shopping we were supposed to visit 6 model homes, but we only made it to #3, when we found our dream home! He even negotiated a lower price than it was listed at! Best part is that my home value has gone up almost $35,000 since we bought. I will not use any other Realtors. Brian is my guy.
