I go here for my Botox and fillers,but they provide a ton of services. Easy to park in the red garage and go. You can bank your Botox units and buy packages. Both girls were great especially Megan. They offered green tea while I waited. There's a whole spa on the other side that I have yet to try. This place is filled with products and fun spa skin care and gifts. They make you feel comfortable and are easy to book and rearrange with 24 he notice. High spa with out feeling pretentious.

Booked an hour and got 45 mins maybe 50 mins
Masseuse kept taking odd pauses while rubbing
Noisy room (sounded like vacuum was being passed in the room next door)
Oil wasn't even warmed up
No concentration on pressure points
Felt like I was being lathered in oil, not massaged.
Seemed like an amateur
Don't waste your $$
Not going back

I had a amazing manicure by Carin M., she was able to get my prior gel polish off while being careful with my nails. I had some questions about the difference of gel and other types of polish, she was super friendly and helpful.
We were talking and laughing the whole time I was getting my nails done. I had a blast, first time getting my nails done there too. Usually I just go for massages, but I'm so happy I came for a manicure today and here!!
I'll be back for sure!! I'm going to recommend Carin to my friends/family too.

Talk about luxury. Inside me the day spot feels like it's own little world and you forget that you are on one of the busiest streets in the domain. I'm going to say this was one of the very first times I truly felt pampered and not out of place. This is absolutely a splurge and The ultimate gift for whoever you deem worthy in your life LOL.

Keep in mind that we don't have a lot experienced with massages. We stopped by for a 45 minute couples massage, and we each got the Deep Tissue massage. It seemed that reservations for couples massages has to be made over the phone, but the process was pretty easy and the lady on the phone was really nice. Walking in, the place is a whole lot bigger than it looks from the outside. We were greeted the instant we walked in and got led upstairs.

We did the couples massage and we were in separate room with doors open with plenty of space for the massage therapist. The staff was very professional and accommodating for us. This was very relaxing and much needed. I highly recommend getting this done. They also gave a military discount for any full price massage which is always appreciated!

My therapist was nice and she did a good job. The first half hour of my massage I couldn't really get into the relaxed mindset and escape (the whole reason why I booked this). I guess the room I was in was right next to the break room and I could literally hear the staff conversations. From the get go my therapist acknowledged that they were kind of loud. 20 min into it she knocks on the wall to signal them to lower their voice and half way through the massage where she flips me I asked her kindly if she could go in there and tell them to lower their voices. I've been getting facials with Bailey for several months now and my skin has never looked or felt better! She's kind, professional and great at what she does. I've never been comfortable going out without makeup, but lately I've been able to show my real skin with confidence. The front desk staff is also always very nice and helpful. I frequently visit Viva Day Spa for nail services with Alex. I started coming to Viva spa last year during the height of the Covid pandemic. I selected this spa based on their cleanliness and dedication to social distancing practices. I had no clue I would find Alex. She is amazing. She always takes her time to make sure all services are completed to perfection and offers her recommendations for healthy nails. She is truly an expert. Her conversations are engaging and she is funny. Alex clearly loves what she does and it shows. I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else.

I highly recommend seeing John for any deep tissue or sports massage. He's very knowledgeable, not only with massage , but with gym workouts and the way certain movements effect form and function.
I had a bad spill in the gym a few weeks back and after explaining what happened to him, we did an assessment and he was able to work out the knots and release a lot of tension that formed after the injury.
I take my health and fitness seriously and I'm so glad I found someone who is so knowledgeable that can help keep me going hard in the gym!

Wow I am absolutely floored with the customer service this establishment has, it is wonderful. I received a 90 minute hot rock massage from Mathew and loved every bit of it. Being a mom one gets so caught up with everything else that we forget to take care of ourselves. I am happy to say that I feel like a new relaxed women! I will definitely be returning and buying massages for the family during Christmas time ! Also facility is very clean and following regulations.

Thoroughly enjoyed my hydrafacial at Viva yesterday! The esthetician, Barbara, did a great job prepping my skin for the extractions, which is the main reason I went in (going on a big long trip and I want my skin to look as good as possible so I'm not constantly putting out dermatological fires). The atmosphere was inviting, eclectic, and I loved the clean beauty brands they both carry and use in their treatments. My skin came out glowing and dewy, and it was much improved from its initial state when I walked in. Will definitely be back, I think I found my med spa home base!

I've been coming to viva day spa for years. Enjoying spa services and recently the medspa. I feel so cared for and pampered each time I am in the spa.
During the pandemic I was scared to come back at first, but they've treated covid so carefully. Making sure our safety is the first priority.

I was gifted a certificate for my birthday for a Mother Nurture Spa treatment. I was a bit reluctant since I’m 36 weeks pregnant and all of the other 5 massages that I’ve gotten in other places have just felt like a body rub. However, I was pleasantly surprise of the quality and knowledge of Tabatha! She has magical hands and was not afraid when I asked for a bit more of pressure.
The set up was perfect, the scents, the quality, everything!!!
Do not doubt to book a spa service at this place! I will definitely be back sooner or later depending when my baby arrives haha!

My husband booked the delicious duet couples spa package at the Viva Day Spa for my birthday. At 550 dollars, my expectations were fairly high. Unfortunately, the experience was a far cry from the relaxing spa treatment that I was hoping for.
My spouse and I try to book a massage at least once a month. We keep that regimine as a steady investment in our own physical wellness. That being said, we are no stranger to a variety of techniques and therapists. However, my therapist left me bruised for days after my visit. I had to ask her multiple times to adjust her pressure throughout the massage.

I was gifted a certificate from my daughter and her boyfriend for a 90-minute Mother Nurture Spa treatment. It was my very first spa massage ever. David was very comforting, and very good at explaining the process to me. Also, he was very good at massage. The front desk lady (sorry, I can't remember her name) was extremely friendly and also very helpful. Even though I live out of town, they helped me schedule my massage in a very limited window. Love this Day Spa at the Domain! The smell when you walk in is just heavenly... ahhhh instant relaxation. They do wonderful pregnancy massages. Their candles are amazing. Had a pretty good massage here, but I've had better massages at much cheaper places. I thought maybe the extra price tag here would be for additional frills like relaxing in robes in a room beforehand, but it wasn't like that...we did wait, but not in a super relaxing closed room or in robes etc. I will say it was a beautiful, nice and clean establishment!

Sara, the manager, reached out to me and dropped off the brush, along with lip balm, muscle rub, and a beautifully scented candle. I offered that I could pick the brush up on my next visit or when it was safe to be out and about, but Sara insisted on dropping the goodie bag off. I love it and my cat does too!
So not only do they offer amazing services and really pamper you, they go above and beyond in their customer service. If you ever need a spa day or a spa treatment
