Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to the customer which of these is required now to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance. Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer. Make every effort to keep the customer informed about appointments and completion deadlines.

Had an appointment to get my oil changed and was running a bit behind. I called and let them know I was running late, and they told me no problem. Got stuck waiting for a train on my way there (I live by Northtown Mall) so was longer getting there, but not too bad....about 20 minutes late. When I arrived, they were closed! Door was locked...open sign off...no one answered my phone calls. Mind you they were supposed to be open until 4 and I arrived at 3:20. Left a message and never received a call back. Makes me mad as I had my infant daughter with me, it was 115 degrees that day, and I drove 9

4 stars only because I used to come here a few years back and Corey was always amazing! Unfortunately the guy at the counter the last 2 times has been so dismissive Ive had to go somewhere else. 3.5" lift makes my jeep hard to jack up, went in to see if I could pay them to lift it and check the connections down from the pitman arm that I cant see without either lifting it or pulling off my rock sliders. They only had 1 car in the shop so figured Id stop in and ask. The guy wouldnt give me the time of day just kept telling me they dont do Alignment...which they advertise they do but I wasnt asking

I have been taking my car to Priors for oil changes the past few years. They have always been professional and courteous. I needed my valve covers replaced and they did that, but they were still leaking. I brought my car back and they fixed it quickly and aptly. A week later, My car was still smelling like oil. I brought it back and they graciously washed/de-greased my motor. I am more than happy with Priors and will continue to patronize their business
