The founder of EuroPro, Sven started as a diesel mechanic in Slovakia in 1984. Sven immigrated to the Seattle area in 1989 and was soon a VW technician at Carter VW of Seattle. Throughout the next 10 years, he continued his career at 3 other dealerships, improving his skills in VW, Audi and BMW repair.

This place goes the extra mile to ensure quality maintenance is done! The communication their techs have with customers is beyond what any other shop has in Spokane! Jamie helped me diagnose a vacuum leak and even walked out to my car after hours to run through everything he did. Top notch friendly and professional customer service all around!

I have a 2005 BMW X5 and it was leaking oil pretty badly. Has had a couple of other issues. Took the car into one place they had it for 2 weeks and did nothing. Took it to a couple of other places and they said that they couldn't do anything cuz BMWs are tricky. Euro Pro was recommended to me. From the moment I walked in the guys were amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. They not only fixed the oil leak but they really thoroughly cleaned everything because of the oil spilling and spreading inside and made sure that my car purr like a kitten by the time they were done. They didn't overcharge

I received fantastic service from Europro at a very fair price. Ryan kept me informed from my very first contact with him. They fixed my Mercedes' problem in just one visit after the initial inspection. I wish I had tried them out years ago! Plus, they have a really nice waiting area with great coffee. I highly recommend their wonderful and very professional service.

Great service- surprisingly not too expensive for foreign vehicle repair, at least in my experience. They replaced my heater blower and resistor quickly way ahead pf the time I expected. Also, every employee I came across was genuine and kind. Highly recommend! I live far away and their service is worth the drive.

I will never take my vehicles anywhere else in Spokane other than Euro Pro. After hitting some substantial road debris my R8 it needed some serious work. It had to be towed and was leaking transmission fluid and coolant. They had it on the lift 5 hours later, had me numbers next day, and parts ordered the day after. Patrick was my service writer and let me just say, he’s on top of the game. I've never had better communication anywhere, he was very informative and kept me in the loop all through my repair and really did go above and beyond. The technicians did a fantastic job and worked late into

Very positive experience. After having issues with another shop, this shop explained exactly what we’re looking at. And it didn’t match previous shop. Just to make sure one mechanic was correct, others in the shop matched the original mechanic, giving us a sense of competence and honesty. PATRICK the service man of the hour!! And BRANDON!! Both of these gentlemen here are honest, go the extra mile to help, and give every ounce of service imaginable. Seriously I cannot leave a better review. This place delivers honest, great rates and communication, they detail the price of the parts and labor every single detail you could ever imagine. My repair was a drivetrain repair and I would’ve been ripped off anywhere else, but here they did the repair for the lowest price possible with the best quality. I'm not sure how it's even possible, but every time I take my car into europro the service gets even better! I have always been grateful and pleased with everything they have done. I brought my Audi to this shop at the recommendation of a very good friend who brings his Audi in routinely.
They changed the oil as requested and were asked to look over the vehicle as this car was new to us and our first Audi.
They can back and told us there was an oil leak from the engine, however they did not know where it was coming from. They also told ya that the bushings in the frond end were torn and that they had to change out the entire arm to remedy, as they don't recommend just new bushings. Total cost for all repairs were just shy of 3000.00 as an estimate. Depending on the

I love everything about this shop. Back in Nov I had a tune done to my Audi A3 by Euro Pro. They were very helpful and met my every expectation. A couple of months ago I went into Euro Pro to pick up some stickers after a visit with Audi for a multipoint inspection. Audi told me my skid plate was missing two screws in the front and my air filter was off (they didn't even bother to put it back on). I told Ryan what they said and he was kind enough to put it back on(which only took 2 seconds). He even asked if they could pull my car around to look at the skid plate. When it got back on the lift

Amazing customer service, the staff is extremely friendly, and the owners are great. The lobby has a great industrial vibe with a very inviting seating area, comfy chairs and a nice TV.
Can't beat their prices either. Cheaper than the dealership or any other shops I contacted. Only got an oil change with the performance service, but if I need any other work done I'll definitely be bringing my Audi here. I've already told my friends about EuroPro. Couldn't be happier I found this place.

Took my Volvo here about four months ago to find out why my brakes were making a rough banging noise after I replaced them myself. They took a look at it and recommended that I needed new brake pads, I thought this pretty weird as I had just replaced them but I'm not the EuroPro so I went with it. $65 plus for labor and $40 plus for new pads I was off and not five minutes down the road my brakes were making the same noise. Took it back and they realized it was the actual brake pad tension clips that weren't correct and were allowing the brakes to bounce around. Went to pick up my car

I have been going here for years, Sven and Heidi treat me like family. I have taken my 08 smart car here and these guys have fixed problems the dealer couldn't. I love how they always completely explain what is wrong and what it's going to take to fix it, not just a generic dealer response, "it's broken and we will take a lot of your money to fix it." The prices are fair, less than half of the dealer and the customer service can't be beat. My next car will be European just so I can keep taking it here, customer for life!

This shop is the best I have found for my Mercedes. The owners Sven and his wife are great. they really know how to treat the customer right. They are always friendly and helpful and upfront with costs, what is needed and what is not. I found them by going to the local Mercedes dealer who tried to stick me with a HUGE bill. Sven and his crew checked everything and told me I didn't need ANY of the services the dealer tried to get me to do. Wow saved me a couple of thousand $$.
