Went here for dinner on a Friday night and was VERY impressed! Absolutely my new favorite seafood spot - there's nothing else like it anywhere around the Hershey/Harrisburg area. It's got a casual yet still sophisticated vibe, with plenty of booths and tables. They do take reservations over the phone, but we walked in around 6pm on a Friday and had no problem being seated.

5 all around, both for food, and being professional with the BYOB. Food was excellent, and came with a group of fellow bartenders, so you know we took advantage of the BYO. Collectively brought a ton of booze, wasn’t the plan to drink ALL of it, and no questions asked! Been to a few byo’s to have been scolded because we brought too much before even opening a bottle and interacting with the group so it was great going out and not being questioned on intentions, which is how it should! Already thinking about when to come back!

The service is usually good...personable. The young ladies usually sit close enough to see how you are progressing in meal time. The food is usually good. Nothing over the top yet nothing I've ever sent back. Now that I think about it. Everything there is just about average. The appetizers usually come out hot and flavorful. That's usually the best part of the meal. Yeah... its better then most of the other seafood places in the area yet still not anything I'd brag about. You'll enjoy it.

Food was good. Reason for 3 star rating is because employees are on their cell phones all together behind the counters and service was eh at best. There were about 3 tables and you can tell cleaning needed done but employees on their cell phones. We needed to call the waitress over 2 times for drink refills.

Honestly, everything was the delicious. My husband and I got the fish sandwich and the lobster roll and they were so flavorful. The Cajun fries and garlic bread were on point! Our waiter, Rob was so friendly, informative and patient with us. It was an overall great experience. This is now out new fave spot!

Good food but the service horrible please change the “manager “ and his waitress this lady told me she’s cleaning the soda machine that’s why she couldn’t give us any . A table of 9 any refill then I ask for the manager and he told me it’s broken. I asked what time you close me knowing what time they close she goes to look for that but I told her 10:30 pm and it was 9pm and they are cleaning the machine … but there’s still people here eating ?!

This was our first time at Captin Krabs . To start it was a very nice place to get some seafood . they v had alot of choices to pick from . It was my first time for a seafood boil. With not knowing how to order we had alot of help from Alexia with ordering. Also Hunter was a lot of help and both were very attentive with not only our table but with others as well . If you like seafood boils stop by and have a try .
