When I first reviewed my bill. I felt that it was high! When I asked Brian to go over it --- he gladly did and I felt it was a fair price for the job. Everything has gone up with this Hyper Inflation---- My car which I really had to have-- was repaired in one day!! Repaired properly and they did a great job!!: Highly recommend Warrenton Auto Service -- they are fair and have always done an excellent job on my car!

Went to get my truck inspected had an appointment today. They were quick and polite. After the inspection I was informed that my truck didn't pass due to a windshield chip. I explained that this chip was covered under insurance and repaired by a glass company, and also passed inspection at their shop last year. Their response was "some of those people don't work here anymore and if you disagree feel free to call the state police." So I called the state police, spoke with an officer who was very nice, and he explained the law. He had me measure the chip that failed, and it fell within the safety

Service was quick and professional. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the first appointment for dropoff they didn't call me ahead of time to let me know the parts were not in. Otherwise they were quick and very thorough with the body work repair. I would certainly use the again.

I went into Warrenton Auto Service with several questions about my 2006 Honda Civic. (85k miles) I am new in town and I need to link up with a trustworthy car care team. WOW. Service was excellent, from the people who first greet you to the people who do the estimate to the people who do the repair. I took my car in for a headlight repair because it failed inspection. They found an aftermarket part that was a lot cheaper than I was quoted somewhere else, they did an excellent job installing it and doing minor body work in the affected area. And, they washed my car at the end, windows inside and out were spotless. Highly recommend, we'll go there again!

Took in my just purchased 2004 Nissan 350Z with an intermittent "will not start" problem. Had a 10 o'clock appointment to get it diagnosed and was on the road with it fixed by 1130 which included waiting on the part to be delivered. Cost of $110.00 was more than reasonable. The clutch switch for neutral start was bad and was found and replaced very quickly. Additionally they re-did a battery connection I had botched in my efforts to find the problem at no additional cost. Another nearby shop was going to look at for a diagnosis fee of "about $125.00. aa Best Case resolution

Notice water coming in the inside back window of our 2012 dodge3500 yesterday .. called and spoke with Danny and he was pretty sure he knew what it was... seal around the 3rd back up light ... had time at 2:00 today to fit it in. I took an extended lunch, brought it in... Danny and Andrew came up as I was pulling in took it back fixed the seal and replaced a light bulb that was out and I was on my way within my lunch... no fuss no making it about anything else... you guys are awesome and as always we are super pleased

No doubt they are friendly folks. I'm sure they still do fine with inspections, oil changes, and brake jobs but don't hold your breath if you are trying to keep an older car on the road. It used to be my "go to" shop for mechanical repairs that were above my ability or time to complete. I have even left a positive review in the past.

AMAZING!! I had a small fender bender that required an insurance claim. Not only was my vehicle repaired FOUR DAYS prior to my insurance company's estimate and detailed so well that it looks like a brand new car, the customer service was just beyond amazing! Hopefully I won't have another accident, but if I do, I know exactly where I will go.

My A/C started dropping out intermittently last Fall and my regular repair shop was very busy and I couldn't get an appointment for over a week. I took a friends suggestion and brought it here after looking at their reviews. They did a dye test to see if there was a leak and found no leak. The mechanic who looked at the car said if the problem persisted, to bring it back. That cost me $180.00. I think they topped off the freon as well.
