There's higher expectations for European cars in everything from the level of performance to the interior comforts and reliability. Drivers know exactly what type of experience they should have each time behind the wheel and when something is off, you can tell almost immediately no matter how slight it may be.

At EuroService Automotive we believe that quality of service is just as important as the service itself when it comes to taking care of your European car. Since first opening our doors, our family owned shop has offered drivers a friendly, affordable alternative to the dealerships for all European auto services & repairs.
Services
EuroService Automotive is a personal sized, family-owned company on the edge of Warrenton, Virginia, just minutes from Gainesville and Haymarket. We specialize in auto repair and maintenance of BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen, MINI, Jaguar, and Land Rover automobiles. Our Mission: To provide the professional maintenance and repair your car needs with the personal service you deserve.
To us, that goes way beyond a definition in a dictionary. We know there are a lot of choices when it comes to car service. We are a full-scope mechanical service and repair facility in Warrenton, Virginia for BMW, Audi, MINI, VW, Mercedes, Jaguar, and Land Rover automobiles. We have the experience, training, and genuine parts and equipment to address almost any nature of service issue with these vehicles.
Summer weather can be brutally hot, so driving without having cool airflow in your car is extremely uncomfortable. If your A/C unit is not working as designed, you should look into getting it checked out. At EuroService Automotive, we help drivers all throughout Warrenton cool down by inspecting and repairing your car's air conditioner, so it can keep you and your passengers comfortable.
Life moves fast, and sometimes you have to quickly react to a situation while driving. Whether it is due to having to quickly stop on the highway for traffic or reacting to a car pulling out in front of you, the brake system is one of the most important safety features of your car. At EuroService Automotive, we believe that safety is a top priority for everyone.
A check engine light is a signal from your car that the onboard computer is receiving a signal from a sensor that something is wrong. Unfortunately, the dashboard light won't give you exact information on what needs to be inspected and in your European car you need to know what's wrong fast. However, our technicians at EuroService Automotive are masters in the art of determining and resolving any issue that triggered this warning light.

This was my first time taking my BMW to Euroservice and I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service, transparency, and expertise Bryan and the team had to offer. If you're looking for a trusted shop to take care of your car, look no further than Euroservice!

I have come to this shop for several years with different cars I have owned. Not only are they fair with pricing, they seem to treat my old Mercedes C280 and BMW X3 with the same care they would for the newer vehicles in their garage.
Originally I heard about this place from my neighbors who would bring their Mercedes diesel to this shop when they needed maintenance done. This is a great independent repair shop for European cars.
I mistakenly took my BMW to another repair shop down the street and they broke my suv more. Things like overfilling the oil, missing service reset lights, not installing

Friendly and very professional. I took my 2005 Jaguar XK8 to them after two aurthorized Jaguar dealerships in Virginia told me that they did not want to provide service for my car since it was too old and they did not stock parts for cars older then ten years. They recommended that I find a private repair shop.
I foubd Euro Service Automotive on the internet and even though it was about 70 miles away, their reviews were positive. They diagnosed the primary problem and fixed other issues with the car but as of this post date they could not locate a source for the failed sensor which is only used

Always courteous and professional and has complete knowledge of the vehicle which reduces maintenance costs associated with diagnosing the problem. Estimates are spot-on and the service is beyond reproach. I use this business exclusively because they are experts at what they do, and they provide photos of the work they do and there is never a surprise. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Quick diagnosis and fix. Regular updates were provided during work. Went above and beyond and inspected the entire vehicle revealing a weak battery. Thankful to have caught that before the winter season. Great price and quality service. Highly recommend, look no further.

Not only is the customer service here amazing, everybody here is super knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I had a complicated problem with a possible fuel leak in my car. These guys went above and beyond, doing tests, eliminating possibilities , and replacing only the necessary parts while giving me updates constantly and explaining the situation for me so I can understand what they found out. They charged very reasonably for the work and hours they put in to help me out. I can't recommend them enough. I'm just lucky they're so close to where I live!

I had been recommended to call Bryan at EuroService by a local mechanic for my 97 Z3 BMW. I had been replacing the center support bearing repeatedly and Bryan deduced the issue by phone and then confirmed it upon inspection. I had a bent drive shaft that needed special ordering. EuroService sent a detailed description with photos! Something I'd never experienced. Bryan called regularly to inform me of the status and I'm very happy with the results. I'm able to drive my baby with confidence and highly recommend your shop to ANYONE who wants a job done the way it's supposed to.....professionally

This place is different than any other auto shop I have visited. They speak with you on the phone like they have all day. I never felt rushed, and they answered every question. They use a system where you get a text message and a link to your car's issues, and they include photos so you can see what is going on. This is transparency like unlike any other auto repair business. The repairs I needed on my BMW were done on a timely manner and done correctly. I highly recommend EuroService for all your auto repairs. I wish all businesses were run this way!

Family owned business. Bryan, the owner, and Clarke, who worked on my car, are friendly, courteous and very professional. They explained in terms I could understand the work that needed to be done. The establishment is very clean, nicely laid out and has a very comfortable waiting area. I had to leave my car overnight, which was unexpected, and was pleasantly surprised that I was offered a loaner vehicle to get home. An unusual perk for a small private business. All in all, a very satisfactory experience and I highly recommend EuroService Automotive. You won't regret it.

Went to these folks for a Unitronic Stage 1+ tune with TCU software. Work was done quickly and with tons of explanation, with very transparent processes. Will definitely be taking my VW here for future service.

Great customer service! I needed a local repair shop now that my BMW 535i was beyond dealer warranty, so my criteria was solid reviews & close by. Bingo. I had a brake pad replacement warning, major service due & state inspection required. I expected a multiple-day stay & big bill, nope! Done in one day & I was pleasantly surprised by the bill. I feel they gave me a thorough evaluation of my car's ailments, listened to my concerns, but didn't try to "upsell" me with any scare tactics. They told me what needed to be addressed immediately & what could be deferred

We have used EoroService many times over years and was always happy. However, this time A ? Was mislead. A ? Spoke with Brian in length about the free codes give to me at advance auto when they ran the check for the service engine light. He gave me the impression their machines were better and that he could provide more in- depth information. He told me the exact same thing advance auto told me and charged me $120. Very disappointed

When I was heavy into BMW M and MB AMG's I had them serviced by a great independent shop in Manassas, VA. But sadly they were bought out and morphed into a shop that I could no longer trust. I say sad because I got to know over many years the management and great mechanics who worked on my cars. But, eventually they all left too.

Now the very best of them are back in a new shop and location and I couldn't be happier. For those of you in NVA looking for great shop with great service then I highly recommend EuroService Automotive off Hwy 29 in Warrenton, VA. To date they've serviced

EuroService Automotive (formerly know as Ferris EuroService) was great to deal with when I had to drop off my VW TDI for service.
UPDATE:
I did have one issue of when they removed the gasoline from my diesel fuel tank. They mixed up the inlet and outlet on my secondary fuel pump. After bringing back my vehicle twice they couldn't figure out what was wrong and quoted me $3,500 in "solutions" they could try in order to fix what was wrong. I had to pay the dealership $200 to fix their mistake. The dealership also let me know they used non-vw parts on my fuel tank. They returned

I brought my Mk6 GTi to Bill and team for them to complete a Unitronic Stage 2 tune, and could not be happier with the level of service received, their knowledge, kindness, and all around helpfulness.

My experience started out with a phone call, where Bill explained what the process entailed, how much time it usually took, and what I could expect for pricing. Bill was able to work with me on timing, and even took time to explain the best way to get to the shop from 29.

I was extremely happy to hear that unlike some other shops, EuroService doesn't charge any extra cost above what's

I'll save you the effort of looking for a qualified BMW mechanic in the Warrenton/Gainesville area. This is it. Bill was freindly, helpful and most rare these days, honest. His advice in diagnosing and later repairing my 2005 325i, was outstanding. He also understands that lost art of customer service and "the customer is always right", even when they are wrong.

I can't reccomend them enough. Save yourself the trouble of going to an unknown and getting ripped off - go to Ferris.

I found myself in a steaming BMW on the side of I-66 late Friday afternoon. A good way from home, I didn't have an idea of who to call. Ferris Automotive came up in a quick search for BMW mechanics in the area, and I gave them a ring. It only got better from there. Bill Moss (owner) quickly connected me with a competent towing company, and told me that he'd stay late to get me taken care of. I was glad for that, and prepped myself for the (inevitable) big bill that comes when something goes wrong with my car.

Turns out that it was simply a hose that got disconnected. Not only

After being a slave to the dealer for five years, my warranty had expired and I was forced to find an experienced European mechanic that wouldn't overcharge me. I tried a few places in the area but finally landed at "Ferris Automotive" after a recommendation from a friend; I'm really glad I did.

These guys are friendly and passionate about what they do. They love European cars and really understand them. They want you to as well. My tail light kept going out (this is the sixth time in three years) and Rod (Shop guru) took it apart and showed me exactly what was wrong with

I bought a used 2002 BMW and decided to look for a local mechanic to service it. By luck I chose Ferris. I met the owner Bill and since I did not have the car's service record I really wasn't sure what it needed and I was at their mercy. They came back and said it didn't need much at the time instead of insisting they change ot everything, Fast fwd 2-3 months, I'm on PA and break down. Before speaking to the mechanic here in PA I called them up to get their advice. Rod (?) answered the phone and was really nice. Actually took quite a bit of time to explain what it cold
