Pam is the daughter of Farnham Insurance founder John Farnham who started the agency in 1972. She currently co-owns the agency along with her brother Jay Farnham. She began working at Farnham Insurance in 1984. Pam attended Wilmington University Brandywine and graduated with an Associate Degree in Accounting.
