I work with individuals on a wide range of therapeutic needs to include depression, anxiety, work stress, parent stress, trauma, and behaviors concerns for children and adolescents. My goal is to help people find the best version of themselves and help enhance the relationship with the people they love.
I am creative in working with adults, children, and families to increase full engagement to get positive life changing results. I provide a safe clean and inviting environment without crowded waiting rooms. I also offer video appointments. My Parent Child Interaction Center is dedicated to children ages 2 1/2 to 7 years old who have challenging behaviors such as frequent tantrums, refusal to follow directions, and daycare/school issues.
