Services
On your first visit to Mitchell Mill Animal Hospital, one of our friendly staff members will greet you at the front desk upon your arrival. Bring any medical history you have for your pet when you come to the hospital. If you keep a pet journal documenting past medical issues or behavioral changes, please share this information with our team.
Veterinarians across the country are finding out the benefits of providing this innovative service and pet owners are learning how much faster their pet recovers. Watch this video to learn more about laser therapy for dogs and cats and the benefits of cold laser therapy at animal hospitals. Conventional Laser therapy has been in use for more than 25 years.
Regular wellness exams allow our staff to evaluate your pet's general health and become aware of any health problems before they become serious illnesses. Since your dog or cat cannot vocalize feelings, you must rely on regular physical examinations by one of our veterinarians and your at-home observations to assess your pet's health.
All dogs must be up to date on their vaccines, and it is the owner's responsibility to make sure that proof of current vaccination, testing and heartworm prevention in on file at the time of admission. If proof of vaccination is not available upon admission, the vaccines, testing, de-worming and/or heartworm prevention will be brought current upon admission.

We took our puppy here for vaccination three different times, no one explains anything, can't tell you were the injection was given, I was really hoping this would be a great place, small, more personal care, it's just the opposite. The Vet is just like here's your dog doesn't seem to have the time or care to even discuss side effects or anything about the vaccine. Oh and the groomer is just as horrible. Really thought this would be a great place, there's no care, just rude nonresponsive staff, horrible service and so on. Definitely wouldn't recommend and never entrusting my puppy care here.

All my pets go there. They listen to you, make recommendations for the best treatment possible. They are very professional and I would recommend Mitchell Mill Animal Hospital to my family and friends. I am very happy with them. I have been a customer for years now.

I took my cats here for about 3 years. My last time was some time ago & it was unfortunately my last time ever when they misdiagnosed my cat with a small sprain in the front paw when it was a full blown elbow dislocation. I took her in & they only did an x-ray on the bottom on the paw & not the upper part? this was very disappointing because due to the misdiagnosis which could have been easily diagnosed if they did one extra x-ray on the upper part (which i would think is common sense, if i told you my cat is limping, crying & hissing) they told me to wait 4-6 weeks & during that time scar tissue

Best vet in town. First of all the vet as well as the entire staff and nurses are so experienced and friendly. They care so much about the pets and do their best to make them feel great and healthy. Their prices are very affordable and they respond very quick. They take appointment reservations and they are very punctual and organized.
We took our dog there because she needed surgery to remove bladder stones and they got her in the following day from when we asked when they sensed it was an emergency. The vet did blood work and X-rays before starting the operation and prescribing medication. It’s
