Fiorella

Don't look at this place like a pizza restaurant. The food here is absolutely delicious. The steak is amazing, the chicken gorgonzola is to die for. Let's not forget about the artichoke fabulous. To make a long story short, anything you order is GREAT.

This place was great. Very clean , great ambiance, And the food and cocktails were Awesome. Our server, Cory, gave a us a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back soon:

Took parents out to eat, due to covid we were there very early. (5 pm) The owner herself was playing with dogs and other guests outside the restaurant.
We waited for over 20 minutes to get a bowl of soup. Years ago my father left the restaurant (because he waited 40 minutes and still no food.) Then TWO meals arrived for our table of three? Now, We have to wait to receive meal number three!
The owner loves her costumers that "re-visit," she schmoozes and even brings them special food.
She was outdoors (our entire meal,) with dogs! We were pretty sure the dogs got fed by the manager

Had dinner in dining room last night. Food and service was very good. When finishing the man behind us in the booth, he went by John, started to sneeze. He continued and we counted 12 sneezes. We suggested he go outside till his condition passed. He refused so we got up and moved across the dining room. He jumped up, followed us while shouting profanities at us. At one point he pushed the smallest lady in our group before the staff stepped in and asked him to leave. He left arguing, cursing and a man with him left too while apologizing for his friends actions. Shortly later we paid our bill and

Do not order food from here! The customer service is awful. It’s like children are running the place. No customer service skills AT ALL! Lied to on the phone after 1hr and 30 min of waiting for food.
Asked for manager, told no manager was present. Asked for refund, told no one on duty has authority to do a refund. A complete mess of a restaurant.

The best Italian food in Fla. Just like the north end in Boston. The service is awesome. Drinks are good. The prices are good. Food is awesome

Ordered take out from this restaurant two days in a row and we decided not to go back again. The extra 20 mins waiting time on both days, poor customer service and a wrong order today would definitely be the reason for us to go somewhere else.

Places an order on the phone, told pickup in 30 minutes. I show up 35 minutes later and no food. I understand things happen and can be busy but you have my phone number and nothing.
The owner doesn't care about her customers other than her friends.
Don't order pick up on a weekend. They tell you 30 minutes, when you arrive and pay they begin making your order. Fiorella gives you a "oh so sorry"and walks away while explaining the situation.
There are plenty of Italian restaurants serving great pizza and food in the area.

Fiorellas is one of my go to standards. It’s the neighborhood Italian place you wish you had near you. Every table gets hit fresh garlic rolls right out of the oven - on the house. The dinner includes homemade soup or fresh salad too.
Check it out. And say hello to Fiorella on your way in. She is always there.

The food here is outstanding with lots of items to choose from. My husband had the eggplant; my daughter & I shared wings and stromboli that stretched past the edges of the plate, prompting a young man sitting in front of us to ask the waiter,"What was that?" My husband is a large man and Dee was happy to accommodate him with a little something extra on his order for a reasonable fee. Many restaurants won't even consider such a thing. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely the best Italian restaurant you will find in Palm Beach county Florida. Grandma's pizza done to perfection or pounded pork chop... Can't miss

If you like authentic Italian food, you'll love Fiorella's !! I ordered the Fiorellas Eggplant Parm stuffed with spinach & ricotta cheese. It was delicious 😋 I highly recommend dining here.

Chicken Gorgonzola was amazing! I do not recommend the cannoli nor the cheese cake they kinda bland and not sweet.

This is our neighborhood pizza place - we've been coming here for years, nearly weekly. I cannot say enough good things about Fiorella both the pizza place and the person. Personal favorites are the meatball parmigiana and chicken parmigiana subs, the grandma's pizza, and their regular pizza which is like being back in New York City.

We are new to the neighborhood and heard many good things about this restaurant, so we decided to give it a shot. Server was nice and knowledgeable when helping us choose an entree. We ordered a soup that was very blan. Our appetizer was calamari, which was very good, I loved the marinara sauce it came with. My dinner was chicken parm, which was delicious! My boyfriend ordered penne al a vodka with chicken and enjoyed his as well. Overall great experience and we will return.

I have been wanting to try this place for some time now. After a friend of mine raved about it being the best place to get Italian. I grabbed my dinner to go for a night in. I got the chicken and eggplant Parmigiana which came with a salad and a side of pasta. I've never seen Italian places do a combo of eggplant with chicken Parmigiana which I greatly appreciated because I got the best of both worlds. It was very good and came with some delicious garlic bread rolls. I also got a cannoli to top my night off. The portions are huge and I now have leftovers which I'm looking forward to cause

Let me start by saying to the food here is great!! If you want good food, this is the place to be. If you want good service, then this isn't the place for you. We made tried to make a reservation for outside seating at 7:00, and by phone they told us, nothing available until 7:30, so 7:30 it was. We arrived on time, and they're like sorry you'll have to wait 20-30 minutes until a table becomes available?? So... wait, what??

We were in Covid times, so we wanted outside. They tell us, we have an inside table (not close to anyone) inside. We had 2 hungry kids, so we decided to see

I am beyond shock that this restaurant is rated so low. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming they have options of sitting outside under a beautiful tent with live music playing or you can sit inside and feel like you are having dinner with an Italian family; very cozy very nice the food is absolutely authentic I have actually been to Italy before and this food came very close to the real deal.

I ordered the garlic rolls which they allow you to keep ordering upon arrival I must say I had about for garlic rolls before my meal yes four they are absolutely amazing!!!!

We recently was in the area visiting friends so we followed their recommendation and joined them for dinner. They have a lovely outdoor space that is tented and has portable heaters if that is needed. Since it was during the week the area was not overcrowded and the tables were appropriately spaced.

Very nice restaurant. Currently they do offer outdoor seating because of covid which is much appreciated. They offer many Italian specialties. For an appetizer I enjoyed their calamari and also enjoyed a piece of my wife's eggplant rollatini. House salad with vinaigrette. For the main course I ordered veal parmigiana over angel hair pasta. Absolutely enormous portion, I really couldn't finish it. All in all highly recommended.

This food here is next to none..except maybe mamas...and jack always takes very good care of us..even knows what we want..lol..love Jack and love this place..service is tops..
After months of not going out..our first place of course..fiorella's still the best ever..this is what was left after I ate..I truly love the food here..the atmosphere is pretty nice too. Also has a bar..we missed JACK he was off...great to be back going to our favorite restaurants...

We had a good lunch here (a 3 1/2 star) over the weekend. We were in the area and figured we should eat before some of our other errands. Found this casual place and realized we'd been here more than ten years ago. Turns out they have been in the same location since 2006!

We ate inside the restaurant as it was so brutally hot outside. No one else was in the dining room when we were there, so we felt safe. If you're only eating outside, they have a nice sized tent in the parking lot with dining tables. There are fans in the tent, as well. There were a couple occupied tables there. And

It was a rainy day and we decided to get takeouts at the last minute. I've heard many great things about Fiorella from other people and wanted to give this local Italian spot a try. The order was called in and it was ready around 20 minutes or so.

I was able to find parking in the lot and there was actually a covered tent for people who wanted to dine outside while eating there taking up a couple spaces in the lot. I'm not sure if it's a temporary thing with the tent due to the coronavirus and I can see the parking lot getting busy since the restaurant resides in a small plaza

What an enjoyable meal here at Fiorella. This is a very local-family owned restaurant. You can just see how comfortable people are here. We came on Saturday night and they were packed. There were also people waiting outside. This shopping center has a large parking lot and it was busy, but we still found parking.

We walked into a very crowded restaurant and seated right away since we were a party of five with reservations. We sat in the bar area which is nice place to be. There were. few people sitting at this small bar clearly enjoying themselves. Within seconds we had water, delicious

This is a family owned restaurant and it was a delight to meet the owners, husband works the kitchen, mom (Fiorella) does the running, son behind the bar. Very nice touch, and being true Italians it was great to connect up and speak the language from the old country.

I've had dinner here a couple of times and it is solid good food. If you follow my reviews you know I have two measures when rating Italian restaurants in the US: authentic and Italian American. I do this for fairness; I cannot rate an American Italian restaurant with the authentic measure as it would not be fair.

From the second you open the door your treated like family ( Only better) We are greeted and seated in the same spot as the we were the last time. Our waiter Jack remembers us from the only other time we were here 3 months ago. They bring out steaming hot homemade garlic rolls and our drinks. Then we ask about specials. It was "girls night" as we went to dinner at this surprisingly unique neighborhood Italian restaurant. The food at Fiorella's was delectable and each member of our dinner party enjoyed mouthwatering Italian favorites!

The service was equally commendable and despite the limited size of the restaurant, we totally enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and neighborhood charm. Love it so much that I returned a few days After and purchased their delicious garlic rolls for an office dinner party and it did not disappoint. FIORELLA ITALIAN RESTAURANT IS A HIDDEN GEM !!!!! This place is a absolute MUST TRY !! The food here is absolutely exceptional. Everything from the pizza to the pasta. I’m always extremely happy when I come here. The food is amazing.
