I broke down and had the tow company tow me to their shop. At that time I realized they could take advantage of me; but rather they allowed me to pickup batteries from Costco and they replaced them with my alternator with no extra charge above original quote. They are like family and I will swear by them. Thank you, Craig

Had a good experience here. They fit me in even though they were pretty busy and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time and the piece was fair. I had to bring my 3 small kids with me and we had to wait there which was not ideal, but the waiting area is spacious and the bathrooms are clean and the coffee bar is a nice touch so it made the experience tolerable. They also have Wi-Fi. Brandon at the desk was friendly and helpful. Overall pleased with my experience and would go back.

Customer service and the actual alignment job was great my car drives straight now!
Have been to other places for an Alignment including Perris wheels and tires and they didn't know what they were doing because it didn't fix the alignment issue!
Alignment was done right and fast in about 30min!
Finally found my spot for Alignments and they do Brakes and other auto repairs too!
My only two issues are on the regular receipt there is nothing stating how long the warranty is on the alignment, the only warranty stated are on labor and parts but not on the alignment like other places that usually

I love this business! They are professional, very nice, knowledgeable and just a great business.
Im so glad that l found them. In the past, I only took my car to Toyota. Until they quoted me a ridiculous price for one thing that needed to be done. I found Bear and they were able to do what l needed plus a couple more repairs. All 3 repairs done lower then what Toyota quoted me.😍
