Hung up on me when I said I had insurance. I figured it was personal when they didn’t call back. I guess DOLAKEH GONO isn’t supposed to have dental insurance. Aww man... Too bad I do. I have a bigger and better dentist too. I have a lawyer too and I can’t wait to find one grain of dirt on these untrained buffoons.

I didn’t appreciate paying for a check up when I could’ve just paid for a cleaning which that is what I scheduled for. I confirmed you all took my insurance before I got there and got there and now you all don’t take it. The entire visit was very miss leading. I scheduled a cleaning because I already had a check up then was told to pay 69.99 for a check up and 89.99 for a cleaning I would’ve just paid for the cleaning but I wasn’t advised clearly because you wanted my money and that was it. Never coming back here!!!

at beginning i went to this place to make an appointment and they ask me what actually i want, i did tell them, i got here for my appointment they said is $69 for the exam and xray and then they told me i have to pay another $69 for the exam i actually told them i need from the beginning without telling me first, and they said the dont know with who i was speaking the first day and why she didn't tell me that before, unprofessional staff, really bad experience they just want to take your money.

The worst experience I’ve ever had the doctor wouldn’t give me anything for pain seeing how I couldn’t even talk eat or sleep due to the excruciating pain my broken tooth was in they didn’t do anything but an x-ray and tell me to take antibiotics they couldn’t do anything for the pain I was extremely upset crying and waited over a week to come to this appointment and drove forty mins to get there

This facility is amazing! The customer service and staff are top notch! I have been going to Dental World of Marietta since 2014. I have never been disappointed. I used to hate going to the dentist and now I look forward to going to get my root canal! Lol! Also my children looks forward to go to the dentist as well.

Unprofessional and uncaring front desk staff, spent more time talking than anything. Dr Plavnik was nice, but the admin made it impossible to do business with them. I never heard back after my initial appointment. I called, they said my insurance wouldn't cover my deep cleaning (spoke with Alondra who was dismissive and rude each time). Then I contacted my insurance, whom said they would cover my deep cleaning, but the dental office failed to send the correct Xrays as proof. Spoke with the manager who never resolved it. I made several follow-ups but no one would call me back nor could I get

OMG! I was so nervous because I had a few bad experiences with Oral Surgeons. Dr. Kapgan is one of the best. He knows what he is doing. He talk me through everything he was doing. He made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The staff is amazing very kind and professional. All I can say don't deprive yourself of the best dental care. I will use him for all my dental needs.

Very rude! Last week I was called to confirm my appointment which I called previously to cancelled due to a family matter out of state and it wasn't canceled. One of the staff members moved it to the following Monday after I told her I would call when I came back to rescue. Fast forward, I was called to confirm the mysterious scheduled appointment and this rude lady went back and forth with me being rude and all! Unfortunately I won't be back- and I went with my mom as her treat to me to get a dental cleaning- we both won't be back. The staff were not mean or anything- no one just knew what was going on or what they were doing. Just chatting. We made appointments for cleanings which apparently only include exams/rays. They said they could try to squeeze us in for a cleaning for our exam appointment after we checked in and confirmed. The staff was friendly and facilities were nice. That's about as good as I have to say. I went here for the first time a week ago for a cleaning (I had never been here before and I thought I'd try it out). After the cleaning, the doctor looked me over and told me I had 3 cavities. I was a little weirded out about this because I had been taking care of my teeth and I had a check up not terribly long before and the dentist did not seem to be worried about anything. So I got another opinion. The new opinion was that my teeth were just fine. I had them look twice just to be sure

When I was a new resident to Georgia, I came here because of a recommendation from a coworker. The staff and dentists are very nice. However, this office has only one hygienist and she is rough. I'm one of the few people in existence that actually enjoy getting teeth cleanings, but I was literally in pain when she cleaned my teeth. So much so that I had to get numbed the second time I got a cleaning. She was a very sweet lady, but her technique leaves much to be desired. I quickly found a new dentist and have not looked back. I would only consider this place if you have a high tolerance

I was a patient at Dental World for a number of years as well as my son. He went to the dentist for a toothache. And I quoted a very high amount, for a procedure that I had performed as well. He called me cause he didn't have enough money. I spoke with receptionist who tells me the amount and the procedures. I explain that I had the same procedure performed and why is it so high. OMG! When I tell you that I HATE going to the dentist! Trust and believe me. I loose sleep the night before BUT this office is so loving kind friendly and warm OMG. I was totally ok. The Dr talked me through EVERY step and it was PAINLESS! I thank God for this ENTIRE staff. When I got home I had some questions of concern and they were BEYOND helpful in assisting me. I was veryyyyyy pleased with my visit. I went in with excruciating pain from my wisdom teeth locking my jaw. They were able to get me in, and take care of my needs. They are very affordable. I did not have insurance and was still able afford my visit compare to what other dentist was charging that I called around to. The doctor even called me in the evening to check on my post care. I NEVER had that happen. That shows me they take pride in their work and patients. I definitely recommend this dentist.
