Carlos personally handled my case. Not only is he very knowledgeable and capable, but also very respected within the judicial system. This is of vital importance in the process. Beyond that, appreciated that the expectations set were realistic and risks understood. Ultimately, we achieved a dismissal of my case, which was the goal and i am thankful for. Be careful they will charge you a ton of money for them to do the same service you can do for free. I could of taken my tickets out of collections myself and saved the 1,000$ they charged me. I am a single mother studying to have a better future. I am living at poverty level. But still they took advantage of me by misleading me and telling me I had no other choice but to pay. I could of saved the $1,000 for rent or Christmas my son that might not even see this year. So I recommend to everyone be careful do your due diligence first. I didn't and it cost

Amazing. Heard about them from a coworker of mine who had also had a speeding ticket. I was worried about my ticket because it was almost 40 mph over the limit and I had just got a speeding ticket prior to that 3 months before. I used ticket clinic for the previous one (which was only 15 mph over) and was stuck paying the court fees. Ferrer Shane managed to have the ticket dismissed, no court fees! Fast and easy process and i'm so happy with my decision in choosing them. They will always be my first call from now on!

Thank you so much for your excellent service, my girlfriend and I have gotten traffic tickets this year and got it dismissed so no points , no court cost ,and no traffic school. . Gone with Alex Hanna and ticket clinic and needed to pay hundreds of dollars because they don't fight for you like Ferrer Shane Gonzales law firm did.

This is the best law services firm . I have had the best experience with them. They have been far superior to any other traffic law service I've tried . Since I first tried Ferrer Shane Gonzalez i haven't switched back . I call them as soon as I get ticket and have had a positive experience every time. My most recent situation I contacted them a day before my court date and they still fixed it all up no points no payment all for a low cost. They are absolutely great.

I was on vacation in Miami and to my dismay I got a ticket for unsafe lane change. I called up the attorneys at ferrer Shane and they were extremely helpful. Easy to work with. Excellent service and very professional. No matter the traffic citation, always call Ferrer Shane if you ever receive ANY traffic tickets. My wife and I have been using their services for over 8 years and have never had an issue. They always get the tickets dismissed with no court fees, no pints, no traffic school, etc.

I send all my tickets to him by default. So far it's been pretty good and I've got no complaints. Every ticket I've sent them has been dismissed. Having a good traffic lawyer is super important when you have a sports car and regularly attend rallies and the such. They always answer the phone and they're very good at keeping in touch with you as things in your case progress without being overbearing.

Amazing! I had received a 300 dollar speeding ticket in south beach and was so concerned with the hefty price tag and the points involved as well. We all know how a couple of points in your drivers license will already bump that expensive Florida premium. Well what can I say, I contacted Ferrer Shane office after yelping a couple of locations and noticing that others had some poor reviews, I went with my gut. Contacted the office, they took an 89 dollar payment and they sent me a letter in the mail that when the court date approaches they would defend me and absolutely make sure I had no points

Got my driving citation dismissed AND answered all of my questions (related to the accident and non related). Highly recommend these guys for tickets in Florida. I admit I was a little worried as they are pretty good at reassuring you, but its not unfounded because obviously they deliver! I spoke to three other law offices in the area before I hiring these guys and they have the best service. Had so many issues with this firm, because I looked at their yelp page and usually go with the ticket clinic. I should have stayed with them. This lawyer or whoever is working there never has any answers to any of you're questions. Nobody knows whats going on here please hold is what I often got when calling there. After paying this firm to handle 2 tickets they ended up not showing up in court when I was told everything was taken care of and not to worry. The next thing I know I get a call saying I have a warrant for not appearing in court when I specifically told them that I can't have

I don't give 5 stars lightly... These guys were first class from the moment they picked up the phone. They told me not to worry about this ticket anymore, that they would make it go away. I was going 85mph in a 60mph zone. Ticket was $365 plus points or traffic school. What a headache. Ferrer Shane took care of this for $70 all in. I am a very satisfied customer. If you have a traffic citation, you need to call these folks.

I picked this agency because of the awesome reviews. I had my license suspended due to an unpaid red light camera ticket and needed to wait for a motion to be signed in order to have my license reinstated. I was a little frustrated in the beginning, however the office reached out to me and reassured everything would be resolved quickly. Ferrer Shane's office made sure that I was happy and discussed with me what they have done to retify my situation as quickly as possible. I can truly see why they have such awesome reviews! I got a ticket for a red light cam a while ago - this was in the Doral area and I was moving up to Atlanta, GA. I got this ticket in the mail, contacted Enrique Ferrer and spoke to him personally - he got my ticket dismissed and I was very pleased. prices are reasonable and I would recommend this firm to anyone in Miami. Being a paralegal for over 13 yrs now I know what good service is when I get it. This office was very professional and communicated with me every step of the way.

Enrique took time to send me a private message and than explained me the situation when I called his office. I have to say that even though I didn't get 100% the result I was looking for (anyway I had my point dismissed and I don't have to attend traffic school), it's not his fault and the treatment I received deserves the 5*.
