We are located in Charlotte's historic South End, right off of South Boulevard, near West Elm and Cava. Street parking, parking lot, and parking deck all available. I love going to Eden. From the moment you walk in, it's relaxing and you can feel the stress just melting off. I've tried a few therapists and they're all really good.
I've had the hot stone, deep tissue, and the couples massage and have not been disappointed. I recommend this place to anybody that's looking to get a quality massage and looking to just relax and let go of a busy day. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

This style uses deep, direct pressure and friction to physically break up scar tissue and muscle knots. The cross-grain movements used on knots can cause some discomfort during or after the massage, but are necessary to release scar tissue and realign the muscle fibers. Ideal for those who. Sensitive to pressure?
Soothing, gentle, and nurturing, this is the most common massage style. Therapists will use long strokes, gentle kneading, and passive muscle and joint movement to lengthen muscle fibers. Ideal for those who. Need something more intense? If you prefer harder pressure or have chronic muscle tension, a deep tissue massage is probably better suited to you.
This targets 1-2 areas that have been causing pain and/or limited range of motion - great for those who hold all their stress in certain areas (such as neck and shoulders). This service is great for those with limited time. Ideal for those who. The therapist will first warm up the muscles with lighter pressure, then move into the deep tissue work: gliding pressure along the length of the muscle, followed by cross-grain friction.
A systematic series of strokes and stretches targets soft tissue affected by a particular physical activity, alleviating the stress and tension built up in those areas. It is ideal for physical conditioning, training, recovery, or rehabilitation. By reducing muscle recovery time, it allows athletes to push harder and maximize performance while reducing their chance of injury or pain.

My girlfriends shoulders and mine felt stiff after we left here.. We decided to go somewhere else after. This place was 200$ for a couples message that made us feel worse. Its a nice atmosphere, message felt more sensual than quality, The masseuse hands were shaking as they pressed into my back and still it was a light message. May be a one off thing but i will not spend another $200+ here after my first experience to find out. Most of these reviews are old and only talk of basically one person. . Cheaper places do a better job. (Edit: Capitalization)

Can't say enough good things about my experience here. I became a repeat customer after one massage with Bethany; she is absolutely amazing! The front desk staff is really nice and welcoming-- I swear my stress levels go down the second I walk in the door. These massages have done wonders for my aches and pains, as well as stress and anxiety.

I made an appointment and there were several slots available. When I arrived, the therapist greeted me on time. The entire place looks very beautiful inside, as it has green colored walls and leaves and plants everywhere.
Of course, the smell is very good as well as the peaceful music. The therapist spoke English (her name was Cary) and that made a big difference in my experience. I'll definitely come back soon!

Richard O'Keefe is hands down the best. I have been searching for a Massage Therapist for years now to go on monthly routine. He takes the time to know the person as well as their body/needs. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and just an overall nice person. I will definitely be returning to him on a monthly/regular basis. I can't wait for my next visit in a few weeks.

Love this place! I have really bad shoulders 1 from an accident and also because that's where I carry all my tension. George was amazing and really worked out the knots with the deep tissue massage. Everything was super clean everyone is super friendly and prices are affordable. He made my 1hr massage feel like I was in there for 2hrs, so relaxing.
