Rented a river house months ago. Got a hurricane in the gulf and tried to weather it out. Came home Saturday morning because the road out was flooding soon and the fishing pier was already under water. No refund or anything. So we paid for a weekend and barely could stay one night. I understand a rain shower, but this is an unexpected hurricane in the gulf forcing us to leave! Very disappointed in their policy and won’t use them again!
