**DON'T HONOR GIFT CARDS** I had been given a gift card to Thai Massage Spa Retreat only to find out they won't honor their issued gift cards - claiming it's a third party they use and they can't get ahold of them until tomorrow. After scheduling, driving, paying for parking and waiting for 15 minutes while the receptionist tried to figure out why their gift cards don't come up in their system I had to leave because they wanted to charge me for a massage rather than accept their own gift card. I called the place to see how much a massage was and they never told me I have to make an appointment to get a massage in the first place. Then when I arrived they told me I need to call to make an appointment. Then I called them to make an appointment and they said they did haven’t any availability today. These two important details could have been said on the first phone call they have very poor communication skills sure their prices may be good but this place deserves no stars.

This was the first Thai massage I’ve experienced. It was one of the most incredible massages ever. Had my doubts since I like oil and deep tissue. Having the scrub like garb on was actually very nice. The lady actually hit spots I didn’t know existed and she actually did some contortionist moves while on my back. The pressure was perfect. The stretching perfect. Total bliss. Will definitely go back!
