I attempted to reach out to MGM Associates for a cheaper homeowner insurance policy around late May 2021. Four calls over three weeks went unanswered, so I purchased a policy with another provider. When I asked for cancellation papers, it took another 2.5 weeks. I signed the cancellation request on 7/23/21, and received a letter of cancellation due to nonpayment on 8/24/21. When I called the insurance company about the issue, they said MGM never sent the cancellation notice to the insurance company. I just had to do it myself. Would not recommend.

In short, voice mail each time I called, no timely response to emails and when expressed my dissatisfaction, I was just handed over to another person. I’m was good with that, however, that did not get me anywhere either. They would not call back nor take the call, however, I would get one word question here and there via email, which just postponed the time by over two weeks. Until I looked for an option B.
