Dr. Adela Cabrera-McLaughlin focuses her practice to Cosmetic, Implant, TMD-Airway and Complex Restorative Dentistry. She has been taking care of El Pasoan's dental needs for the past 22 years. Born and raised in Mexico, Dr. Cabrera-McLaughlin moved to the U.S at the age of 13. She attended junior high and part of high school in Salt Lake City but graduated from Coronado High School in El Paso.
Enjoys applying her 21 years of knowledge and experience towards developing and enhancing relationships with all our patients. She takes pride in helping patients making informed decisions about their dental needs by providing individualized attention. Known for going above and beyond, Neomi is our Office Manager and has been with the team of El Paso Quality Dentistry for 10 years.
Keeping a regular preventative maintenance schedule with your hygienist and Dr. Cabrera-McLaughlin and Dr. Sosa help you prevent not only tooth decay and periodontal disease but also avoid costly procedures and extra time in the hygiene chair. A regular home prevention routine usually consists of brushing at least twice a day and flossing at least once per day.
At every hygiene visit, we examine all the tissues of your mouth including gums, cheeks, lips, tongue, and jaw. Many patients are surprised at the large amount of surface area that we examine during an oral exam. It is just as important to have regular soft tissue screenings as it is to have a professional dental cleaning.
While dental emergencies can strike anyone, anytime, our patients who commit to regular preventive care appointments usually experience fewer problems over time. Professional cleanings with a registered dental hygienist allow us to take a proactive approach to your dental health, addressing issues while they are small and potentially avoiding issues altogether.

The BEST BEST BEST possible experience for dental implants! Dr. Sosa is so skilled and devoted to doing the most perfect work, and supporting staff is caring, competent and a pleasure to see on each of my visits. The work takes time - Dr. Sosa has a system that requires multiple visits and he makes sure everything is done perfectly, step by step. No shortcuts to obtaining the best possible results! Can't recommend this practice highly enough.

The Dentist office is not equipped to service the client in all areas of dentistry. At first I thought I was in good hands only to find out this office falls short of being a real dentist office. The do not do root canals, tooth extractions and basic treatments. After the presentation I found out I would have to go to 3 different dentists to get the work done. I was ready to pay for all the work but after I found out the short falls of the office there is no way I will ever go back. I tried calling to consult with the doctor to see if we could make this work and they did not return my call.

I am new to the area and was in desperate need to help with my teeth grinding. I was given all options and never pressured to do one or the other. Everyone from the phone call to schedule my first appointment to receiving my appliance to follow ups were amazing. I will definitely continue to use the clinic for all of my dental services.

The most professional dental/orthodontist office in town. Dr Sosa is highly qualified and treats his clients in a very friendly yet professional manner. His prognosis and treatment plans are explained thoroughly and in precise terms. He uses layman terms to explain the procedures that he is recommending and plan for you. He always gives the last opportunity to make a final decision on your treatment.

Accompanied my elderly mother to her appointment today. Completely impressed at every interaction, from the check in process to how patient Dr. Cabrera was with my mom in taking the time to put her at ease and listening to everything my mother was saying. If everyone came here the anxiety most of us feel about visiting a dentist would disappear!! Highly recommend!

In a word - Amazing. It would consider myself a difficult patient. Previous dentist was unable to provide required dental care. Referred to El Paso Quality Dentistry and I’ve been very impressed. State of the art equipment so having molds made without the noxious smell and hassle of goop has made my visits such much easier. Also, the team there has been professional and efficient. No extended wait times, flexibility with scheduling appointments, and has displayed great patients when dealing with me. From the front office staff, to the dental technician, to the doctor - easily a 5 star rating
