My Experience with the firm is horrible. Lack of communication and awful customer service skills set toward customers. So far, my case has been on their hands for almost a year and no clear response from the staff, including higher up lawyers.

Before coming here and making the right decision to stay my aunt and I had went too two other law firms and they weren't nearly as helpful and understanding of my aunt's recent accident. In response to my review left yesterday, the attorney reached out by FB message to me somewhat apologetic because he read My review. Stated he had NO idea and that he was un aware of what was going and that he would call me back immediately after his meeting.
It is now another day, in a span of 4 months w no response From Seth Bader or his team.
Yesterday I was given a lie by his team stating they sent out letter in April letting me know they withdrew from my case. And by surprise I received a certified letter today in the mail dated 5/3. Lying, conniving, and full of incompetence.

As you can imagine it can always be nerve-wracking searching for a lawyer to trust to have your best interest at heart. After calling several options and feeling disheartened, I finally came across Bader. They have hanged up on me many times
They are unprofessional
Instead of being a lawyer they are liars
They keep your check for 2 months
They take fees for stupid stuff like copy a paper and the fee was $50.
Once my check was cleared after 2 months they said to me they will overnight the check to me but instead I called fed ex it's is paid cheap standard shipping which takes a week lies!!!

My attorney Mike was great at his job, but after we settled (for an extremely low amount) he stop returning my calls,secretary hangs up on me and his assistant has an attitude. I had to call them over and over for my check and they held it hostage. This law firm charges extra fees for" postal and office work" with todays technology postal should have been free. $250 for postal and etc. Bull#/^_

We try to get a lawyer for a case that is not injury related, but we were unsure where to start, i contacted live chat and ask about my case and Gina was my helper, she ask me about my case and we explained, then she gave us the address and told us they will see about our case, so i set up an appointment and we drove 1 hour there.. got lost 2 times.. waste gas and $2 parking tickets.. to find out that they only takes injury consultations.. no injury no case! So why did she send us here to begin with? We already explained our situation with her.. i understand that she wanted to help.. I'm thankful

Thank you to Bader Law Firm for helping out my husband during his workers compensation case.
