Not a good experience at all. First experience was involved with unfriendly receptionist behind counter asking with dog waste on the floor. Which accidents happen but they were not busy and I was there waiting for atleast 30 minutes and no once bothered to clean it. Which you don't want to walk your dog over other dogs waste in case there is any worry of transferring some sickness. The other incident was making an appointment for my cats for a service of a year rabies vaccine and then being charged for the 3 year vaccine they administered even though that's not the one I had made the appointment

Dr. Lisa is great. Unfortunately, the front desk and tech? Not so much. I called to make a follow up appointment due to an irregular heartbeat in my 5 year old dog. Waste of time. I get there and the same front desk person that I scheduled with acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Was unsure if the heartbeat check should be with a tech or doctor. They told me when to come in. I did. Only for the tech to be snippy with me that if they took the time to listen to my dog's heart it would cause them to be behind. Mind you, I called yesterday. It's sad to say, but we've never had a veterinary experience such as we did with the folks at Concord Veterinary Hospital.
With no appointment we called on a Monday after taking our pet to an animal ER the previous Thursday. Dee Dee called us back within 15 minutes and worked us in that morning. The front staff was stellar.
Dr. Helen saw our pet. Taking a tremendous amount of time to evaluate and then talk us though strategies for treatment and care. All with the caring, professional focus and empathy of any veterinarian we've ever seen. Kudos to the staff and Dr Helen. 👍🏁👍

We have FINALLY found a Veterinarian for our pets in the Farragut/Lenoir City area. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Lisa and her staff today They were friendly, efficient, caring, Informative, great listeners, and provided us with answers and a plan. The doctor got down on the floor to meet our sweet Zoie. Thank you!!

Our dog got sick traveling across the country. Knoxville, TN is our new home and we are thankful that we found the right and best Veterinarian right away. When we took her to the vet they were so compassionate and have the right answers in the right medications. Before we knew it our dog was quickly on the way to recovery. The staff and concern about our dog's health were demonstrated by the care and knowledge.

I have used this vet off an on for 10 years now. When my 12 yr old arthritic dog began getting constipated and wouldn't eat or drink in November, I took her in. She stayed over the weekend. $400 later, I left with a prescription for pain medication for her. I saw that they charged me for special food, but didn't give it to me when I left. Not a big deal. She got a little better, then went down hill again. I took her back to see if she had an infection. She wasnt eating or drinking that day. The Doctor recommended putting her down. I asked if they could just see if she had an infection

This was my first time at Concord Veterinary Clinic. The staff upfront was very helpful and friendly. We saw Dr Barbara. She was very informed about Oliver's problem and gave us lots of information and choices to clear up his excessive tear stain. She came across as a very compassionate doctor and had a special way with Oliver who usually doesn't take to strangers.
It was a good experience and we left with the help we needed.

I have been taking my Siberian Husky dogs to Dr. Alan Gassel since 1985 (33years). He is the best Veterinarian in East Tennessee!! From his courteous receptionists to his Veterinarians to his Vet assistants--they are all extremely helpful, kind, and courteous! I will never take my dogs to any other veterinarian!!

The doctors and staff at Concord are simply the best! Dr. Leo is our normal vet but we have seen others and they all treat us as if they are our primary. They have been there from beginning to end with our pets and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you for treating us like family.

I recently moved from Chicago to Farragut and needed to find a vet because my cat has a runny eye. He saw two vets in chicago, neither of them solved his problem. I checked ratings online and Concord Vet had good ratings, so I gave it a try. Dr. Barbara is wonderful. We left with an ointment and when I went to pay, I thought they forgot to ring it up but it was included in that final charge, seems much cheaper than Chicago!
The ointment didn't work and so we ordered some drops from an online pharmacy which was over $80. Of course my cat decided to chew through the tube a few nights later

*Updated at bottom* I called Concord Vet inquiring about the price to neuter my cat- I got the price. I then called back to schedule the appointment, but my new quote was significantly higher. The receptionist apologized and said the quote I was given was extremely "old." However, once I got my actual bill, the price jumped up once again because they used the laser to neuter him (without my authorization). Concord Vet surreptitiously upcharged me in three different places throughout my cat's procedures. When I confronted them they said, "Oh sorry, this is the price though. Who

Looked over the reviews looking for a new vet to keep my huskies and pomeranian healthy and up to date on their shots so we decided to transfer to this vet clinic...called them up and made an appointment to be seen and for a full exam. The ladies were extremely nice and transferred their records without any problems.
They loved seeing our huskies complimenting on how pretty they were.
The wait time was pretty lengthy but they were busy..which is a good sign to me.
The doctor was very nice and really did a thorough job going over all the annual tests with us and checking their teeth and bone structure
