Dr. Gregg Hornyak is a 1992 graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, IL State Dental Society, McHenry County Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, among other prestigious organizations.
Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Hornyak has also earned a Bachelor of Science in Dentisty, Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of IL at Chicago.He also attended Lane Technical High School in Chicago. Dr. Hornyak believes in providing the best possible dental care in a relaxing and caring environment.

I have been working in the dental field for over 25 years. Needless to say, it shows that I take pleasure in working with patients. I am here to assist patients in explaining and discussing their dental insurance benefits and working on the financial aspects of their dental needs and concerns. I strive for patients to feel at ease and have confidence in our office in order to make their visit a positive experience.
I have been a dental assistant for over 30 years and enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them in all their dental needs. I live in Crystal Lake with my husband and four children. We have two cats, a dog, and three fish (for now.). My hobbies are cooking / baking, gardening, camping and spending time with my family and friends.
I went to school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and have been practicing dental hygiene for 11 years. I continue to learn something new everyday, and this is why I love my profession. Dentistry is a constantly changing field where you have to be flexible and always willing to learn and grow. Working with other like minded professionals urges us all to do the best job we can!

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to, and we’ve been coming here for about 10 years. The staff are professional, and not only genuine in their concern and care, they are open and easy to talk to or to present questions or concerns. Dr Zuck is awesome along with the entire staff from the check in - to check out process and scheduling your next appointment. Highly recommended with five stars and a high five!

I have been going to fox valley dental for over 7 years now. All of the staff is wonderful, over the years I have had a few different Hygenists and they were all great. I currently see Gina and absolutely love her, personal and professional at the same time. Dr. Zuck is the same way, and my favorite thing about this place is that they are non alarmist. When I first went I was terrified and thinking the worst, they were very reassuring and we took care of what was needed and nothing more. I have been to other dentists in years past who have acted like my mouth was a disaster. I have never experienced

Dr. Gregg Hornyak and his staff are amazing! When I first started going to FVD...my teeth were in terrible shape and it looked like they were going to be replaced. They worked hard to help me save my natural teeth. It was a lot of work on both sides but I can smile with confidence. I would recommend his office to anyone!!!
