DO NOT GO HERE. BEWARE!!! I got new mirrors put on. Mechanic ripped my leather and did not even put mirror on correct. When I asked him why he didnt tell me

Very pleased with the service I received. My car over heated and needed to be towed. My insurance promised that a tow truck would be out in an hour - hour and a half. Fortunately, the truck was there within 15 minutes!! The driver was very friendly and made a generally frustrating experience a little bit better!!

PROS: Scheduling an appointment was easy, the turnaround time for the service on my vehicle was very reasonable, the mechanic called to discuss and obtain my consent for the work they needed to do (replace a bulb), they answer the phone religiously, everyone I interacted with was pleasant, and even their dog was cool.

The shop does roadside asst for Statefarm, told my wife they could not get spare wheel off and would have to tow it to shop at no charge. Wife agreed spare was put on at shop & when she declined further services she was charged. Called Statefarm and was advised in this scenario they should have notified Statefarm and there should be no charge. When I provided the busted knuckle name, I was told they submitted claim to Statefarm for payment as well but under different name. Need an inconsiderate tow truck driver who makes you waste an hour of your time while he picks up his kids from summer school, waits for his wife to drive to his house to look after them, and then gets lost even with a GPS, then this is the place for you! Should be renamed Busted Knuckleheads.
