It was my first time using Dempsters and their service is phenomenal. Dan stayed true to the quote he provided over the phone over a week prior. He sent a full photo journal of my vehicle’s complimentary 24 point diagnostic with details of which mechanical parts should be serviced, the level of priority/urgency, and descriptions explaining why. The service was fast, friendly and personal. Dempsters sets a new standard for the industry. I was not paid or given discounts to post this review.

When you take a coupon in and they charge you double the coupon and don't call to inform you of the price increase!!!They rifle through your glove box looking for a registration and dump the contents on thr floor. The car wasn't brought in for anything to do needing a registration. When you give specific instructions on how to make the car show the issues and they ignore it and give you a BS excuse.
Perhaps they should learn this WOMEN DO KNOW ABOUT CARS. WOMEN DO HAVE BALLS THEY ARE JUST ON OUR CHESTS!!!!!

Once again a good experience at a local garage. They’re always welcoming and got our vehicle in and out. We always try to drop off the night before so they have the car all day. State inspection and synthetic oil change with no issues. Cars almost got 60K miles so some services are coming due but we chose to hold off for now. Will continue to use this garage.

Easy to get an appointment when it was good for me. Work was done in a timely manor. Repairs needed for the inspection were explained - beyond a “it’s just needed to pass inspection” statement. When the repair was going to take longer than I had originally thought I was offered the loaner car immediately.

I drive a 2010 Toyota Tacoma, and while I haven’t gotten it serviced here yet, I brought it here when I was worried the head gasket might be going bad (it has almost 135K miles and there was oil in the coolant); The owner is a Toyota master tech. He looked at my truck and gave his opinion that he didn’t think my truck needed a head gasket. Turns out my truck just needs coolant flush; I have a mechanic who does stuff like oil changes on my truck, but he is a small operation, and it is nice to know I can bring my truck to a master tech without bringing it to the dealer. Always a great experience when I've dropped my car off. They explain everything in a way that I can understand it and aren't pushy about things I need up front, they understand sometimes financial planning is involved. Best part is if you schedule ahead, you can get a loaner car for the day!
