Manning Media, Inc., based in Frederick and Hagerstown, MD, originally owned and operated radio stations in the community for 22 years prior to selling the stations in 2005 to Nassau Broadcasting. In 2012, the radio stations were purchased back from Nassau. Manning formed its digital marketing division in 2014.
