With 37 years of experience, Dr. Mark Mullins is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists and has owned and operated several clinics in metro Portland, Bend, Madras and throughout central Oregon. I would never recommend him to anyone in an accident. I was in a car accident a year prior to going to him. My previous chiropractor had released me, and I had everything settled. I had told the chiropractor this, yet he insisted on contacting my car insurance saying there was no way my last chiropractor had released me so soon. I repeated myself over and over that it was done and settled. He wouldnt listen. But I feel it was because I'm a women he wouldn't listen. I obviously dont know my own situation well enough to know if I was done with my accident or not.

I was always wary of chiropractors in the past and was nervous the first time I went to Madras Chiropractic clinic, but needed to go due to a work related injury. They were super welcoming from the moment I walked in and Lisa, the woman who works the front desk, was very helpful and kind. She helped me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything completely. Dr. Mullins is amazing as well! He is very personable and gentle when making adjustments yet still professional. He always explains what he is going to do beforehand, and takes a genuine interest in each of his patients and

Best Chiropractor ever! He has reduce my pain. He's very professional and easy to talk to. There must be a new lady at the front desk because she's very friendly and caring. She does her best to always get me on the schedule. You feel like family when you come here! I would recommend this doctor to anyone! 10/10

I had a good feeling about this clinic when I called in...Lisa is a sweetheart and very helpful! Dr Mullins is so informative and explains everything. He gives options and takes the time to listen. He suggests different things for treatment but leaves the real decision making to the patient. Very impressed!!

Dr Mullins is amazing, he is very thorough and goes above and beyond to address all of my back complaints. He pays attention to the little details and pointed out things my primary missed. Lisa is awesome and friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr violated hippa and confidentiality laws when he stated in his reply about payment. wow do you want this person to have your info? Also I don't know who Michelle is the massage therapist was Kathryn geez also he says I was asked to leave he started yelling and swearing at me because I preferred massage over adjustment and as soon as he took Gods name in vain I said enough you will not talk to me that way at which point he yelled get out of my office I said with pleasure and left the person voting this funny is the Chiro himself that's funny
