Excellent customer service. Timely response to inquiries and information. No problems receiving dividends. They care very much about their customers and their reputation - in a time when it's hard to get good customer service, this company actually responds quickly and even takes telephone calls! Amazing. After renewing the informative and attractive package sent to me by Mr. Mario Damiao I decided not to invest. The principal reason is the real estate location. I’m 3000 miles away and not familiar with the north east RE market. To his credit Mr. Damiao understood and graciously thanked me for reviewing the offering.

Like Many others I was skeptical based on their Adverising.. "too good to be true." However, I leave in NJ and I'm familiar with area mainly NRIA is operating. So I invested some funds with them. For alsmost a year I received the promised returns on a monthly basis. So I recomend investors to consider this company in order to diversify their investments

Glad everyone is making big returns on their investments. Guess there is plenty of money to go around when a bunch of 1st time home buyers over pay for what was believed to be a luxury 39 unit condo complex. 39 units 25 have AC issues, 15 have water leaking issues and we haven't been able to use our roof top for over a year. The hallways are leaking, the workmanship is shameful and there are cracks throughout the building and almostevery unit. We were lured in with bait and switch tactics. Not one single owner is satisfied with their purchase of the GreenRoof Condo Complex in Gutenberg. Not a single
