For helping achieve a major goal of mine. As a mother of three I thought I could never do it, obtain a policy that fit my budget or even if I would qualify, with her help and perseverance she was able to not only work with my budget, but open my eyes to more possibles in ways I couldnt imagine. I have used 3 other car insurance companies over the past decade (Allstate, Liberty Mutual, and most recently, Geico). The expertise with which Chelly and her team run this particular office is exemplary. Each representative I've spoken to truly takes the time to go above and beyond to ensure I have all my questions answered. While the other aforementioned insurance agencies have made me feel rushed and/or have given me the runaround, Chelly and her agents have done quite the opposite. I can't speak for the company as a whole, as this is the only office I've had experience with thus far. However

This review is so long overdue. I worked with this insurance company for a mutual client of ours sometime late last year.
I have to say that Vanessa and Chelly are so sweet and on top or their work. They were so quick with their response and patient/understanding of my urgent need~
I wish all insurance agents were like this. It would make both our lives much happier.

I have been with State Farm for several years now and I will say that their service has been impeccable thus far. I've had a few incidents that involved my vehicle being hit and State Farm never failed to deliver. I've also had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa at the South Gate office and love her cordial demeanor, very customer service oriented. I have also spoken to other staff members at the South Gate office like Martha and they all provide stellar service which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend anyone thinking about purchasing insurance services to look no further

I have been this office for 10+ years. Never had an issue until last month. I personally call to make my payment for years. I was informed I owe additional premium no proper explain was given to why, the person rush and thought by sending a invoice would explain it to me. This week I called the office to make my payment I like to ask how much will my payment be this month I asked every time I called. I was told I owe April bill. I went through multiple credit unions, but they had too many requirements even with me having pretty darn good credit. I remembered that I had seen Chelly post something about finding a customer a really good rate on a vehicle loan so I decided to reach out to her. Where do I even begin. Chelly and Vanessa went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me get a car loan. I was about to start shopping all over town and my friend (who also got her car loan from Chelly and Vanessa) told me, "Start with Chelly and Vanessa before you give anyone your info". So I was a bit skeptical because I didn't know that Statefarm also offers car loans. I'm glad I listened to my friend because they have treated me with so much love, professionalism and care. Very friendly I must give them that! But not the most professional, communication is Key!! My dad and I both had our policies here,.. I called spent my lunch hour during work on the phone with a agent to cancel my policy n it was taken care, or so I thought,...come to find out it was never cancelled!!! This is very disappointing, on another note if your calling close to closing time good luck!! They are quick to get off the phone! "Or send them a email" I've called at times n I get the "we're in a meeting or a away from our phone" all gents are not available how convenient

Since day one I have been assisted by agent NATALIE and she has been phenomenal through this process. She's so professional and went beyond what she needed to offer me a helping hand. I was super stressed out dealing with everything and her guidance through all of this put me to ease. I had such a wonderful experience with State Farm through this accident that I financed and insured my new vehicle with them too

State Farm is the way to go. Have been here since 2014 and don't plan on switching. Martha specifically is great and ALWAYS! Finds new discounts! Have also been involved in a car accident since I opened, and the process was smooth and peaceful. My premium didn't even go up as I thought it would have.
