Michael L. Walker is a Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Less than 2% of Florida lawyers are Board Certified. Board certification is a shorthand way of saying that a lawyer is experienced and has demonstrated a high level of achievement in his area of certification.
Josh was born in Vincennes, Indiana, and raised in Pinellas County, Florida, where he attended Shorecrest Preparatory School. He earned his BBA degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida and received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
As a law student, he volunteered for Gulfcoast Legal Services in Sarasota, Florida, providing legal aid to vulnerable individuals, in addition to being one of the first members of Stetson's Juvenile Justice Street Team Initiative.He developed an interest in personal injury law early on by watching his father advocate for the rights of injury victims.

Verdict in a "failed back syndrome" case. Client was sleeping in a birth in his semi-tractor trailer at a truck stop when his trailer was bumped by another vehicle that pulled into the rest area. He was knocked from his sleeping birth and injured his back requiring several surgeries. Multiple orthopedic fractures including femur with rod placement case and humoral fracture with rod placement.

I first started out with another lawyer in the area and for a few months of not great communication and such I decided to switch. I called on a weekend and got a call back within an hour. When I first went into the office I actually met the lawyer which never happened at the other place and Nicoletti expained more in an hour than everyone at the other office. They constantly kept in contact whether through phone or email and explained anything I asked. They treat you like they actually care not just another case to them. I would recommend them to anyone that asked about a personal injury lawyer
