Food in Spain and Portugal is taken very seriously. Meals are long and leisurely and allow for the enjoyment of good company, fine wine, and a cuisine which is based on a healthy Mediterranean diet. Our Spanish Chef excels in a tremendous variety of cooking styles. The service and surroundings contribute to Mallorca's refined, romantic ambiance.

Mallorca Group is known as innovators in culinary creativity. As such we have many events that are unique to Mallorca. Things like Wine and Dine in the Dark, which is pitch dark dining with blindfolds, or Wine and Salsa or Wines of the World are just a few of the events that are held here at Mallorca Restaurant.
Please take a look at our reviews from our wonderful customers. My family and I had a really nice time here! Our server was extremely enthusiastic (it might have helped that I speak Spanish) and the service was super fast. I really enjoyed my linguini with mussels and shrimp was delectable, and my dad ordered the legendary paella, which he enjoyed immensely.
We are proud to present the cuisine of Spain and Portugal prepared by our award-winning chef from recipes he has created. We offer foods from the land and the sea. We also offer selections for vegetarians, vegans and have many gluten friendly options. If you don't see it here, ask your server and the chef will create it for you!

Atmosphere, service, and food are the reasons we go out to eat. Mallorca satisfies all three of these categories. Situated on West 9th Street in Cleveland, it is the perfect spot for a downtown restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the entire restaurant. It gives you the Spanish culture feel. The service is top-notch, since moving downtown it is the best experience I have had yet. The servers care. They genuinely want to help you. Jorge waited on us and he convinced me to try all the specials. I have never been one to get the specials but I felt I could trust Jorge’s recommendations

Mallorca is my favorite restaurant in the State of Ohio. Mallorca offers Spanish cuisine that is identical to the cuisine one may enjoy in the Canary Islands. It is that on.
I enjoy Mallorca's traditional Paella which is a popular lunch dish in Spain that has mussels, some shrimp, chicken, and light sausage served atop rice with red bell peppers, onions, and vegetables. It is perfect and I look forward to enjoying this dish at every visit.
As a Spaniard, I highly recommend Mallorca for true, Spanish cuisine.

Awesome! That describes our dinner at Mallorca. Had the stuffed twin lobster tails and the seafood casserole. It is hard to find good lobster in Cleveland but Mallorca has it. And the seafood casserole was to die for. The hostess turned out to be the owner and she and her staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating. We had not been there in about 20 years but it will definitely not be another 20 before we return. Thank you for a most enjoyable evening!

We decided to stop here instead of the original location. My daughter said have you been to a Spanish restaurant and answer was no.
We got greeted with a woman and a pitcher of sangria and who was from our hometown of Pittsburgh. That was a great start.
Everyone from the hostess to the waiter was amazing and friendly. I had the stuffed salmon with crabmeat. The wine from the food and the people was amazing. This was an accidental find as we were headed to the dots before checking into our hotel. Seems like we found a new place to eat at. This place rocks

Service is quick and wine was brought out rather quickly. Started with scallops which were good. There was several specials the night I opted for the special with an ahi tuna steak. It was incredibly overcooked and dry. Felt like I was eating a well done meat rather than how tuna is typically prepared (pink on the inside). The portion was huge but not something I'd try again or eat as leftovers. The sides are home style sides- so very shareable portions. We had the rice which was a good option for our table of 4. I finally made my way to Mallorca! I'd noticed this wonderful restaurant years ago ...was curious , but never ventured in.
Yesterday, Sunday, Oct. 24, my party of three, received such wonderful service from everyone! We were greeted so warmly and we didn't have to ask for anything...staff was always right there to take care of everything.
The food was delicious...and the presentation was beautiful!

Wonderful little place with amazing food! I took my girlfriend there for our anniversary and she was BLOWN AWAY! Which really is all that matters right? She got the stuffed chicken and she literally said it was the best chicken ever, and let me tell you, she eats A LOT of chicken. She is the Simon Cowell of chicken, she is HARSH. But if your into seafood I mean just look at that pic I posted.....oh lawd. That plus the service makes this a 10/10 MUST go.

Something different downtown so I made a reservation for Saturday night. Started out great. Got seated; water bread drinks orders taken appetizer and salads came. Our server George was great in the beginning nothing after our order wasctaken never saw him afterwards.. We saw it was busy ok. But there were others helping clear the tables fill waters etc for OTHER tables behind us in front of us but totally ignored our table. I had to give my boyfriend my water because no one came to check on us after Iur entrees were served. The othe table surrounding us got refills though and their tables cleared

Everything was excellent! Loved the fish and the tuna. The appetizers were excellent, especially the chorizo and octopus. The caramel pie was also exquisite. The only thing that needed a little work was the chicken, it should have probably just been grilled instead of breaded. The service was super nice and the place was really nice!

Awesome service from all the staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and helped us make excellent choices. Food was delicious, especially the garlic soup. Servings were generous. In addition to the garlic soup we had stuffed mushrooms (with crab) and paella. The mushrooms had an ample portion of tasty crab and the stunning of paella was enough for two, or maybe three after the appetizers. And that garlic soup, wow. Don't miss this place.

But the warm bread they give you is great (definitely ask for more, you're gonna want it to soak up all the delicious sauces and stews). If you've been abroad to Spain or had very authentic Spanish food, this place might give that a run for its money....if you're drunk.

The crab cake apps tasted of reused fry oil (not a good sign).
Maybe the best Iberian food you could hope to get in the Midwestern United States

The food here was absolutely delicious! The staff was so nice. I LOVED Tatiana she was an amazing server. I almost forgot my dessert but she remembered and brought it out for me as I was packing up. I did not order off the actual menu, I ordered the Restaurant Week Salmon special and it did not disappoint at all. The calamari with the fresh lemon tasted so fresh. My salmon was so soft and the crab meat filling was the perfect addition to the fish. My favorite "dish" of the night was the sangria!!! so good and the pitcher was the perfect amount for two people. I also liked how the sides were made

Walking in I was greeted immediately by Tatiana her service additude knowledge was impeccable. She studying Spanish so next time I'll order in Spanish to challenge her!
The house made sangria was strong and flavorful!
The stuffed salmon was great stuffing is good stuff not just a bunch of breadcrumbs. The paella customized how you like it. So we had chicken clams shrimp and a half lobster.

The service was good, for lunch there's parking on the street at meters. The food, my paella was a bit watery. The ingredients were good, the seafood was fresh. One huge jumbo shrimp, other smaller shrimp, scallops, mussels, oysters and chorizo.
The desserts are mostly mousse type cakes and flan. The flan was excellent. The dining room is very nice, tables aren't too close together so you can talk. Overall it was a lovely lunch.
