Overall a very frustrating experience working with total auto care in north branch. I went in for a simple oil change and diagnostic. I was quoted 750 for my repairs. I decided to ask around and quickly found a mechanic that would do the job for 500. When I brought it in to him, he found that total auto care did not replace my oil cap. Causing oil to splash all over my engine. He also found my issue was not what total auto care diagnosed. A simple oil change turned into three trips to the shop.

They got me in and out for multiple maintenance issues in the same day even though they were slammed. Matt and the mechanic I did not catch the name to were very friendly and took the time to explain everything including upcoming issues with no pressure. Great experience.

Absolutely amazing staff to work with. We brought in our truck with a lifter issue and they got it in right away. The owner matt is so nice and our mechanic john was such an amazing, hard worker!!! Will definitely recommend this place. Communication is really good also. You always know exactly what is going on.

I needed a lot of front end work done in short time. Others were too busy to help in my time frame but these guys were able to get me in right away and shift things around to get it done quickly. They were very calm and did an excellent job explaining things to me. I was thorough with my questions and they called it an interview and weren't offended with my questions and prodding. They wanted to create a relationship with their customers and it showed. I'll definitely be bringing my cars here for future repairs.
