Brought my BMW here for a basic service / oil change and any other issues they would find during the service interval. They performed the oil change, rear brake replacement, some other fluid changes, and other BMW recommended services in a timely manner and at a great pricing point. Picked up my car much cleaner than the way I left it and most importantly in perfect mechanical order. And lastly - very friendly staff.

Matt here was understanding, took time out to explain the situation of car, he looked into problem and gave me Direction to where to take the car for future repair because was covered under extended warranty . It was nice to be able to go to a place and feel welcomed, people were friendly and Matt took time out and explain things to me, I would highly recommend Hi-tech Import and I will go back in the future. No matter how busy, Matt always takes the time to talk to me, address my concerns and, if needed, connect the computer to my car and suggest a recommended repair. Sometimes, this just means resetting the warning light to see if it was a one-off glitch or an actual problem with the car. This level of service is greatly appreciated and not always easy to find. Took my wife’s Audi to another shop was told the compressor needed to be replaced. Called Hi Tech Import for a 2nd opinion and wasn’t a compressor issue just low on Freon. Honest, clean, trustworthy, and great work all around!

Took my car to Audi of Westmont for a repair and they gave me a price for a thermostat only, even though when I looked closely at the mechanic notes he recommended a water pump too which was not included in the cost. Typical bait and switch from a dealer. I called Hi Tech, he told me it was a connected unit and gave me an estimate that was way less than Audi and included the water pump. Great service, honest, straightforward communication, and a job well done! I have recommended to everyone I know, and will continue to take my car there for any repairs. You will not be disappointed!

Very satisfied! I ran into a check engine light on my 06 Tacoma while I was preparing for a long road trip. They were able to get me in fairly last minute (Talked to Matt 4 business days before the trip, brought it in 2 before), addressed the CEL and some other stuff, and I was out the door just in time! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back with other cars.

I took my car in for service and received a desperately high quote from the Downers Grove dealership. Finding that quote unacceptable, I decided to speak with Matt at Hi-Tech Imports. To keep it short, Matt completed the same repairs at 1/10th the dealership estimate. Having this firsthand experience, I can honestly say Matt treats his customers properly and is an honest businessperson that can be trusted to repair your vehicle. Not only was my VW GTI put into fine working condition but, Matt also saved me a bundle of money compared to the dealership. Thanks, Matt!!!

Have only used them once so far, but will be back. Fixed my problem, showed me the parts that had needed replacing, and offered advice on a few other matters for the future. Cost was reasonable and I liked the owner and the one mechanic he had working at the time. Will return there for service, happy with result.

Sooo I'm a infinity girl and always went to infinity with work to both of my trucks , then a good friend recommended HI-tech, prices were so reasonable and everything was explained well and I'm very satisfied with the work and the friendly staff. Had some bigger work done but I'll even go for an oil change here .

Im not new to Hi-Tech I take all of my cars and trucks to them(3 trucks 3 cars) we have both foreign and domestic models and Matt and the gang always take great care of my vehicles. I'm writing this review because I can't believe there has been a single bad review on these guys because honestly I've been to a few different garages in my day and Hi-Tech is by far the best. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great and honest garage to take care of any car you own. LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!

I drove here from NY in my BMW X5. When I arrived I got a warning telling me my car wouldn't start in 200 miles. I took it to the dealership and could not afford the bill. Didn't prepare for this to happen. I went to another shop and he informed me that he couldn't fix it but referred me to Matt. When I arrived he was waiting for me. For 6 hours he worked on my car. Well past closing time he was working on it. He needed to take the car on a trip to reset the code and called me to get permission to take it on the highway. Scenario is bmw out of warranty and not willign to take to dealer and get killed on cost. this guy recommended. most inexpensive in the world? No. Does a solid a job and tells it like it is and gets the job done right? yeah. so ill make him my go to guy. figured that was worth a nice yelp since ya never know whaz up with mechanics sometimes.

I wish I could give this garage ZERO stars........
So one day on my way into work my low pressure tire light came on. I stopped at 3 gas stations to put air in my tires in the pouring rain....first one had no air, second one air was out of service and the third one I put air in my tire, but without a tire pressure gauge I had no idea of whether or not I put enough air in.
Anyways I decided just to stop at this garage and have a "professional" check my tires. I parked and walked inside (in the pouring rain) where no one was manning the desk. A man in the garage area waved to me and
