Ibrahim came to my rescue when I got stuck going up a hill today with the first snow of the winter! He arrived earlier than expected, was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Ibrahim! Although I am hopeful I do not personally need his services again, he is the first I will call if I do.

Broke down day after Christmas, a Sunday. They were very quick to respond. Called frequently to update us on time frame. Came when they said. Driver was a very nice young man. Towed the car quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

I was stranded far from home and I called AAA. My key would not turn in the ignition . The tow truck from Westmont Shell came and the driver tried to get it to work. He couldn't so he brought me and my car to the station. It turns out my car needed to have the ignition switch replaced. They got to it as soon as they could and within a couple hours I was on my way. Even though it was an expensive fix they were super accommodating, very friendly and made a bad situation not feel so bad. I appreciate their wonderful service and their kindness.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for many years. I actually moved away from the area, but continue to use their services. The owner Sam, is always very welcoming and respectful to me and to his other customers. I have never once felt like I wasn't taken seriously, or overcharged because I am a female...and that has not been true of some auto shops before. They are accommodating with appointments and will work things out if there is something urgent to address. I have recommended them highly to my friends and family. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I had a phenomenal experience with Westmont Shell Auto and Towing. I had a flat tire and was unable to put on my spare tire on my own. Cliston (goes by Chris I believe) was dispatched through AAA and responded very quickly. Rather than tow it unnecessarily, he changed my spare efficiently and was very friendly and professional throughout even though I was outside his usual service area. Thanks for the saving me a lot of money and hassle!

I had a recent experience with them and it was my first contact but it won't be my last. They were quick, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. I learned later that they have been on the corner of 63rd and Cass for over 20 years. They are clearly very busy which tells me that they are good. I liked them. I will be using them from now on, and, if you live in the Westmont, Darien, Willowbrook areas, or Southern part of Downers, I suggest you make a note of their location. I recommend them highly. -J. My tire blew on 294 north, I was able to get off on a ramp in a safe area. My insurance company contacted westmont to tow me to a tire place and they contacted me, but refused to come to my location because they claimed to not know where it was. I gave a mile marker number, exit information etc. They are not worth doing business with. Chariot automotive and towing, on the other hand responded to my location with no problem at all. I would highly recommend chariot.
