I have been seeing Dr. Nerenberg for quite some time, initially for some more serious issues, now more for maintenance and daily life stress. She is that rare combination of truly impressive, top-of-her-field knowledge and an incredibly warm, accepting, nurturing therapeutic presence. As a therapist myself, I have learned a great deal from her, and cannot recommend her enough. Make the call!

Alyson has been one of my cherished lifelines. I’ve worked with her on and off for 17 years; she’s walked with me through divorce, single parenting, aging parents, and depression. She is a top-notch professional, stays current with clinical interventions, is genuine, and balanced. I’m quite the critic, as I’m a Master’s level therapist myself. I have recommended her and her associates to numerous friends, family and colleagues.

Alyson Nerenberg has long been a leader in the field of relationship and addiction treatment. Her approach is kind, but straight forward. Alyson responds to her clients with authentic concern. She is always a professional and makes clients feel safe by listening with a non-judgemental ear. The feedback above came from several clients I referred to Alyson, after which all of them thanked me.

She responded that she did not have any availabilty until January and recommended I reach out to another clinician in her group. This clinician had no openings, so I contacted Dr. Nerenberg again stating that I would be willing to wait for an apt. in January. When she returned my call, she immediately, without hesitation, began to recommend another therapist, and one without the experience I was seeking. I restated my intent of scheduling with HER, based upon her bio and
