Excellent care for our pugs. Dr Monce is wonderful and very engaging during the appointments. He is always up to date on the latest evidenced based treatments and is very realistic about costs. His practice has very reasonable prices and front desk staff are always friendly and responsive.

As a long-standing customer of PetSound Animal Clinic, I must say that I am truly disappointed in the failure of Dr. Stewart and staff to accurately and timely process the needed paperwork for our pet's overseas travel. The error-filled vet records sent from PetSound to the USDA resulted in costly delays and rebooking of our travel arrangements. When confronted with these unacceptable errors and exorbitant travel charges, PetSound dismissed all accountability.
After reading all previous reviews for PetSound, I anticipate that my concerns will be simply dismissed and glossed over with a canned

Both veterinarians are wonderful and really care about pets. I do not like that no one is able to come inside many months after Covid and vaccines are so readily available. All staff should be fully vaccinated so that people are able to have a more effective vet visit. I do not appreciate sitting in my car in 95 degree heat and not being able to relay my concerns about my pet while being checked out. No other vets have lobbies closed.

Love Dr. Monce! I have been taking my pets to him for years. He is very knowledgeable and honest. My Lexie is in the hospital at this time. Dr. Monce calls me everyday on Lexie's progress. Another great thing about Dr. Monce is he takes so much time with pet owners to explain everything that is going on with their pets. You never feel rushed when in his presence. He is the best vet I have ever used. I highly recommend him.

I brought my boy Binx in yesterday due to him getting a fish hook stuck in his cheek. They took very good care of my boy and kept me updated and worked with me through everything. He is now back to his crazy little self. I want to say thank so very much for helping my boy.

We recommend the compassionate care of Dr Monce at Pet Sound. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their groomers were the only one that our dog Jake didn't mind going to!

Jake was suffering with a UTI last year and after a costly weekend visit at a vet school, Pet Sound's vet tech thought to do a urinalysis. We unfortunately lost Jake to prostate cancer.

They treaded my sweet Lilly as if she were family. We were recommended by our vet to bring our pup for an ultrasound. The procedure took less then 30 minutes, and the news wasn't good. But at the end of the day the dr spoke to us and took our feeling into consideration. I will bring my other pets there if needed. They were all awesome, professional and most importantly they loved animals.

This is a warning to never take your pet to this 'vet'. Our pup went in for a routine spaying and $2k later, we are lucky she doesn't have chronic kidney disease. They deprived her of fluids during her spaying (the way shelter dogs are spayed) even though we paid full price, then gave us limited post op information, on top of a drug known to dehydrate animals. 24 hours later, she had lost her appetite, was urinating every 20 minutes and extremely lethargic. We went to three other vets that we are familiar with and all agreed that Petsound took the cheap way out. We never received

We've been with Petsound AH since we adopted our Emma 11 years ago. The staff is very kind. I've walked in when there was a tragedy and I've seen the staff show true compassion to their patient. I dread the time that comes for us, but am comforted by what I saw.

Dr. Monce is brilliant, takes the time to talk to you about things, doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures and gives you the alternatives (good and bad). He offers advice on meds and no pressure to buy them through him - but really support your vet by buying your meds there unless the price is drastic- they aren

I got my first dog about a year a half ago (a puppy), and I asked one of my good friends with dogs for a recommendation on a good vet. She spoke very highly of Pet Sound, so I decided to give them a shot. I wanted a high quality vet that wouldn't price gouge me, and that's exactly what you get at Pet Sound. I adopted my second dog (also a puppy!) at the end of December and I wouldn't take either of my dogs anywhere else but Pet Sound. The staff members are always so nice and they remember my pups when we come in. Dr. Monce is very knowledgeable and will take time to thoroughly answer

We love Pet Sound. We have been bringing our pets to them in Cary (even though we live in North Raleigh) because of the quality care and gentleness with which they treat our dogs.

We board our animals with them as well. They remember little details and eating habits and are genuinely kind to all the animals that come in.

This is a great vet! Dr. Monce seems to truly care about the animals well being. He is very knowledgeable about meds and pet food. The best kept secret is the daycare next door. They are fabulous! My dogs drag me into the daycare. They love the staff and the staff loves them. I started at the daycare and then switched to the vet. I can't say enough good things about PetSound. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love these people. My little pup has found his way into a few very scary situations and they have been there for me every time. The doctor's work is impeccable and the staff is great. I typically work with the vet tech Kate who is amazing and always calms my nerves. I love that I am able to go in for something as small as a wellness visit or something as huge as surgery. I know that they care about me and my fur babies!

Dr Monce is an incredible veterinarian and thoroughly explained the course of treatment and the possible treatment needs and outcomes for my cat when I brought him in for some intestinal issues. The prices are very reasonable and I didnt feel like I was being "sold" on anything. He was able to provide me with excellent food recommendations to help my cats intestinal problems as well. I was VERY impressed with his knowledge!

Had a small issue with the front desk staff, but It was resolved and the doctor spoke to me about it personally.

I highly recommend you take your animal to Pet Sound if you live anywhere near this area. The staff has been friendly and caring for my dog and I have not have this type of service/treatment for her in 4 years with 3 other vets.

The Vet, Kevin Monce took the time to ask many questions to make sure he did all he could to help and also answered my questions about heartworm medicine in detail.

Great job and I'll continue to bring my dog back for visits as well as use their boarding facility!

I absolutely cannot recommend Pet Sound Animal Hospital enough. I am not writing this after merely one good visit but after having taken my pet to this location for a couple of years there is no other place in the area I will consider.

First, the staff are very friendly, helpful, and do simple things like remember you and your pet. Sure, they may read your name in the upcoming appointments so when you walk in they can say "Oh, hello there, Abbie." but nonetheless, it's a nice feeling. The vets are talkative, informative, and really enjoy talking about your pet with you. Not
