I was at Lowe’s Milford last week when one of the employees was trying to buy some shovels. Tried to get the business discount by just dropping the name of the company. ( initial thought was Joe Schmoe angling for any discount, clerk thought so also ) The clerk asked for a phone number to verify the business account and he was given a hard time. The person didn’t seem to know the company phone number And kept asking why can’t he just look it up by the name. He kept saying loudly company name and saying he’s never had any problems before doing this many times and the second clerk said it
